âRemember to ask non-smoking room if you want to. This hotel is popular during Dec-Jan and when we tried to change our room when noticing its a smokers room, we couldn't because they were Rully booked. Besides that, it was very moneysworth!â

âFirst: The property is hard to find. Looking for 23 Lang Street per Expedia. But you have to enter 25 Lang Street. Why canât they provide accurate directions? Very poor start.
Second: The room is huge and clean and well-appointed. Oh wait, the architect forgot something. How about a bathroom door ! And bathroom walls that reach the ceiling! This place is for monkeys, not humans. Made for a unique experience that Iâll hope to not repeat. Somebody didnât think this place through.â

âThe standard room is high quality, beds are big and comfortable. The staff is professional. The Cucina restaurant is good for casual dining and the Waterside is upscale. Swimming pools are usually quite modest in South African hotels, but this is absolutely good. The Hyatt is quite expensive but still good value.â
