”Was a great small place for a couple. It had a great location right in the heart of aix and a charming little private garden and best of all it had air-conditioning, which was really important when we were there because it was in the 90s. The only drawback to the apartment which the host mentions in the text is that there is a very low spot in the hallway, which will be a problem if you were taller than about 5 foot 6. But after a few bumps, I learned to watch out for it.”

”The property location was excellent! We walked to all the places we wanted to visit easily. The property is dated, could use some upgrades with the yellow chair (worn and ditry). The shower situation is not good. You have to sit in the tub and use the shower nozzle. We definitely needed more pillows. The 2 provided were quite thin. Otherwise, it was a good economical place to stay.”

”Good location, all the appliances needed for a week or longer stay. Not for those who might have trouble climbing stairs to bedroom, low ceilings on 2nd bdr floor, no AC. Hard bed, minimum pillows. Good water pressure. Only French TV channels unless you cast from your device. WIFI OK.”

”This is truly a unique property. Emma is the most gregarious, gracious and caring host. Her exceptional art skills are evident in every touch she made to the loft rental. ”For the first time, I am taking my time to write a detailed review. I wish the owner would take better care of the property, if they are planning to rent it out. When we arrived the AC, that was advertised, did not work and it was extremely hot inside. We opened the windows and tried to contact the property manager, and it took two hours to hear back. They provided instructions which included turning off the breaker for the whole apartment and turning it back one, as if we were electricians....
