Charming studio cottage in a quiet location near Nîmes and the beaches

Relax in peace and quiet in this charming ground-floor studio apartment located in the lovely town of Bouillargues, just 10 minutes from Nîmes, where you'll find all amenities. Explore this Roman city, its Arena, Maison Carrée, Museum of Roman History, Jardin de la Fontaine, and Tour Magne, as well as the Pont du Gard (30 minutes away), the ramparts of Aigues-Mortes, and the beaches (45 minutes away). The Manduel train station (Nîmes-Pont du Gard line) is less than 10 minutes away. The studio apartment sleeps 4 people: 2 adults and 2 children (1 double bed and 1 sofa bed). Guests have access to a shared swimming pool from 11 am to 6 pm during the summer. The apartment includes a double bed, a sofa bed for 2 people, a kitchenette, a bathroom with a shower, a toilet, and two outdoor terraces. The studio is attached to our house. Sloping ceiling with exposed beams. The property has a security camera overlooking the entrance driveway. Bed linen and towels are included. Smoking is not permitted (except outside on the terraces and in the garden). We do not accept events, birthdays, stag/hen parties, or pets. Check-in is from 4 pm, check-out is before 10 am.
