”Booked as house is in same neighborhood as my mom & family. Asked prior to visit to ensure air was working well & it wasn't. Anh quick to get someone out but never worked right. House is dirty, floors, bathmats, base of toilets, outside table. We were told it was a shoe-less house & only 1 towel provided per guest DAY before ck-in (there were bath towels in each both even tho it was just the 2 of us). disappointing. no dishtowels, no hand towels, no pool towels.
