”It was wonderful and everyone was happy!”

”Everything was better than described. Communication was great. Cute & cozy. Beds were comfortable. Plenty of towels. Kitchen was well stocked. Plenty of board games and TV channels if you want to stay in. Didn't use the hot tub, but it smelled clean and was in good condition. The neighborhood was so quiet and felt very safe. There is a bus stop across the street although we didn't ride, an option if you don't have a car. Enjoyed a couple of places Russell recommended on/near Main St. (Wibby...

”Alex and Nina were very helpful and responsive before and during our stay. The house was quiet and very clean and had things we needed - nice to not need to shop for essentials like trash bags, toilet paper, and paper towels. We appreciated the privacy, even being on a corner. And parking was easy off the alley. It was exactly what we needed for our family visit. We were also grateful for the A/C - having the hot summer days it was the perfect relief at to cool off and recharge. Thank you!”

”Check in was very easy with passcode. Very nice, clean home. Comfortable for a party of 4 people. Lots of dishes, glasses, and mugs. Kitchen well equipped. The only thing I would recommend would be to bring plastic wrap, tin foil, etc. More toilet paper too. Great visit to the area. Close to Longmont, Boulder, Loveland and beyond. Berthoud is also a cute town.”

We played many board games out there. There is a wonderful creek or stream that the middle aged kids loved. We all went on the acres of trails with mines to peek in.
