Situated on the ground floor (no lift), it comprises a lovely 20 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, a beautiful bedroom, a shower room, and you can enjoy a garden of around 100 m². Wi-Fi (fibre optic) is included – we’re just waiting for you!

The accommodation is laid out as follows:

- A bedroom with two single beds pushed together to form a 160×200 bed

- A separate toilet

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: a high chair, washing machine, cot, ironing board and iron.

- A shared, enclosed garden of 100 m², facing west and furnished with outdoor furniture to enjoy sunny days
