Your holiday rental includes: On the ground floor: A spacious 61m² living room/kitchen, one bedroom (one 160x200 cm bed), a large bathroom with shower, sink and laundry facilities, and a toilet with hand basin. Upstairs: Two bedrooms (one with a 140x200 cm bed and the other with two 90x190 cm beds), and a toilet with hand basin. Outside: A 32 m² terrace on stilts and a 140m² private lawned garden. This detached house, with the Tourism and Disability label for its ground floor, is located on a 1.5-hectare property where the owners also reside. Parking space is available under the covered area adjacent to the cottage. A secure bicycle shelter is located under the shed, along with a dedicated maintenance area. For your horses: stables are available: two 16 m² stalls with rubber mats + a 1-hectare paddock. There is also a pétanque court, Breton palets, boules, swings, bicycles, and scooters. Cleaning services are available during your stay for an additional fee (please contact the owner). Escape and come and settle down in Argoat, south of Guingamp, a small town full of character (19 km). Getting active, strolling, and marveling at this authentic, rural setting will truly make your stay unique.
