With a surface area of 60m² to accommodate 6 people with balcony/terrace located on the 1st floor with elevator. Bedroom 1: king size double bed and bathroom/WC, desk, wardrobe with safe.
Bedroom 2: two single beds, a shower room/WC and a wardrobe.
In the living room: a sofa bed (quick opening), television, radio. Internet access in the apartment. A wardrobe with books and board games. Kitchen area with microwave grill, extractor hood, dishwasher, ceramic hob, refrigerator, coffee machine, raclette set, fondue set.
The residence has luxury services: indoor/outdoor heated swimming pool, fitness room, jacuzzi, sauna, hammam. Easy access to the laundry room located in front of the apartment (washing machine, dryer for a fee) In order to offer less strenuous and/or overbooked trips, I prioritize rentals from SUNDAY to SUNDAY The apartment is a few minutes walk from the Golf Course and La Folie Douce (no noise pollution). Covered parking in the basement is included in the rental.
