”I’m not sure this should be a 4 star rating, was more like a 3. Not sure we’re ‘luxury’ came into it! Lots of things were closed, games (mini golf, table tennis , air hockey) were either broken or not open. The spa was there but looked very dirty and forgotten about. Staff only spoke Bulgarian, with very few English words spoken by the very younger staff so not really international friendly. Rooms were mopped daily but not much else. Food was same every day except for one replacement dish a day...

”The hotel staff were very helpfull and nice. Unfortunately the cleaning didn't work at all. The room was dirty and the furniture were old and broken. Housekeeping forgot to clean our room and they tried to ram in next morning like 8AM. Usually people are still sleeping that early. We did have a kitchenette, but we could not use it, because they didn't share any kitchenware. The pool is nice and works with kids, allthough there is sand on the bottom. ”Excellent location - we had a studio with sea view. The staff was super busy but also very polite. All necessary for a short stay in the studio was sufficient and exceptionally clean - a rare find for those types of accommodations in BG as a whole. They also had free on site parking right next to the building. Would highly recommend because of the parking, location, cleanliness! ”
