”The place was not clean as much expected. All the spices, salt and oil were date expired. Basement’s rooms were full of bugs on the floor and in the room. Couldn’t sleep well because of those. Overall not recommended. Bad experience. ”

”It was a beautiful cottage and an overall great stay. The only thing that was a bit of a challenge for us was the stairs leading to the cottage itself. We have some mobility concerns in our group, and because of this the property was a bit difficulty to access. ”Good place for the price. Note it is a basement apartment around the back of a duplex. I found there was alot of banging and stomping upstairs from evening untol about 2-3am. I did not sleep well.Overall ok.”

”I really enjoyed my stay at the Dome. It's comfortable, cozy and the perfect location for exploring Peggy's Cove. Fav things: the indoor and outdoor fire, sauna, and bird feeders. Constant views of blue jays, juncos, doves and chipmunks feeding and fleeting in the woods. The bed is really comfy, too, and there are plenty of appliances and kitchen tools to cook your own meals if you plan for what is available. ”

”The property was clean but very outdated. The building was in need of repairs and updating. The bed in the « fourth » bedroom in the basement needs to be replaced as it was the least comfortable sleep. Also in the basement was a toilet inside the laundry/utility room. The front window has rust streaks down the outside. Part of our family only stayed one night so we moved up to the main bed and that was better. I would not bill this as a four bed rental unless the basement room and bath are...

”We had such a great stay , Everything was so clean . Any questions we had for the host was answered right away . Definitely will stay there again .”

”The suite was spacious and well equipped. Great kitchenette that we could prepare breakfast in the morning.Location was central and no issues accessing downtown area. We ran every morning on hiking trails Kidston Lake Beach and Macintosh Trails. All assessible from the house. Basement suite was fairly quiet and no issues with noise sleeping at night. House rules were clearly outlined and we had no issues respecting them.”
