Large apartment / TLA with 3 rooms, kitchen, bathroom, terrace, and balcony (120 m²)

For several years now, I’ve been offering my hospitality to travelers from all over the world. This vacation rental is located on the 2nd floor of my apartment building. Free Wi-Fi is available in all rooms. In addition, the kitchen is equipped with a stove and oven, a refrigerator with a built-in freezer, a coffee maker, and a kettle. A microwave, dishes, and a dishwasher are also provided. The bathroom features a toilet and a bathtub. The two separate bedrooms are equipped with TVs that can receive free-to-air channels. The large living room also has a TV that receives channels. The terrace is connected to the living room.<br><br>I do not provide a parking space myself, but there are three large parking lots in the vicinity.<br><br>Smoking is strictly prohibited throughout the entire building.<br><br>The surrounding area in Landstuhl and this region, located in the heart of the Western Palatinate, offers not only numerous bike and hiking trails for recreation but also magnificent historical sights. The Pfälzerwald, the Vorderpfalz, and the German Wine Route—all popular recreational areas—as well as the university cities of Kaiserslautern (“K-Town”), Saarbrücken, and Mainz are all quick and easy to reach thanks to the central public transportation network. For a shopping trip, I highly recommend the mall in Kaiserslautern and the Europagalerie in Saarbrücken.
