”The location is superb staff very good, small cabins need a small wardrobe or a set draws there was nowhere put clothes away. But we had a great stay.”

”Our stay was a dream come true. The restaurants were amazing, the cabin was perfect, and the staff was so nice. The lake was so beautiful, and it was one of the best spots we visited during our week long time in Canada. I could not recommend Emerald Lake Lodge more!”

”Parking good. V. Small pool, hardly worth visiting. Room clean but not maintained daily. We had an issue with booking (our error) but between expedia and the hotel we ended up paying for three nights when we we only my stayed for two. The hotel were unwilling to respond to expedias request to adjust our booking following the mistake. Disappointed that the hotel values making a profit over customer satisfaction.”

”The cabin was dated along with the furnishings but it was extremely clean and the beds were comfortable. It is about a 25 minute drive to Banff and Lake Louise and we had an awesome grizzly encounter right down the road on 1A with 3 grizzlies. The staff are great. There is a small grocery store that has essentials, beer, wine and the creamer you will need for your morning coffee provided.”

”The location was great and the staff was excellent. We used the shuttle bus daily, thank you Buffalo Mountain Lodge that provided us with the shuttle passes. The restaurant and bar was our nightly retreat especially after our long days of hiking. We will definitely be back.”

”Old timey cabins. Wood burning fireplace makes it more cozy. Old claw foot tub with shower. Comfortable bed. Nice breakfast with homemade danish and pastries. Coffee ready early morning. Beautiful view.”

”This is a good property to stay at on Canmore that's a decent value. You check in online and they give you a code for my keypad, which I think is a good idea. You basically don't interact with any staff there, although there's one person at the front all the time. I never interacted with the front desk person, but I didn't have a need to.
