”We left a pair of nice shoes in our room with brand new custom inserts in them. I called and spoke to someone that said nothing had been turned in. I asked if I could leave my number just in case, as I had booked through expedia and wasn't sure they had my information. A few days later, I received a voicemail from Erin who said they had found them!
