Not so happy customer
"We didn't get any contact to staff before our visit in this hotel. They didn't answer our e-mails. But We spent 3 days ar hotel Sanmali. We were only guests at the hotel. Our room was a big disappointment. There was dust, mold and ants everywhere. Good service an friendly staff."

Excellent hotel.
"Lovely hotel. Staff were very courteous and helpful. Excellent Sri Lankan style food, cold beers, and beautiful grounds and lovely swimming pool. Rooms were spacious, clean and had AC and a fan. Thoroughly recommend it."

"Such a bad experience! Horrible service and rude staff. The lady in the front desk would not let us check in, claiming that she didnât have our reservation even do we had already paid. I do not recommend this place! Wrong address and phone number And I still havenât received my money back."
