”Pool was way too cold”

”Overall, the general condition and staff are fine during our stay. However, the light above the mini bar where is coffee maker is located was out-off order, and still not replaced regardless several repeated inquiries for repair. Basic room service is only upon request. ”

”The rooms in this hotel are in desperate need of renovation, walls and corners in bathrooms were unclean, carpet and sofa unpleasant. Bed linens were good and the location was perfect for our trip so we continued with our stay, plus the front desk staff were awesome.”

”We came from High Point NC for our daughter’s graduation from UNC Chapel Hill, the location was perfect for the weekend. Breakfast was great, Beds and pillows were amazing and Very Clean. Staff was extremely helpful and friendly. We will definitely will stay here again when in this area!!!! ”

”I confirmed the day before I’d be checking in by 11pm, they said I had until midnight. Even I arrived exhausted from traveling at 1031pm they said they cancelled my reservation and gave the room away because I didn’t answer their call when. Prostitues and a pimp were working the parking. Employee Victor was unprofessional and it took me till 1am to find another hotel, thankfully I did and it was so much better than this dump.”

” I checked in and after 30 min had to leave and find another place to stay, the bad smell in the room was terrible, the front desk tried to help me with a spray and it didn't work, i bought one spray didn't work either, not even a plastic cup in the room, dirty in a ver very bad condition, i can't understand why this place still opened and having guets coming over, this is unsane for expedia and for extended stay chain hotels, i'll appreaciate a reasonable answer to this maater”

”Gorgeous property, friendly staff, and the most important to me, It was exceptionally quiet. Often we travel and have a hard time sleeping due to noise. It was a perfect day and we will return when in town.”

”Room was not cleaned during our stay. On Saturday I mentioned this to the staff at the desk and they ASSURED me the room would be cleaned. Nothing done. For the price I paid per night, close to $1000 I should expect better. Not acceptable! Especially for a room a I paid for in advance almost 1 YEAR AGO IN FULL. Refund due accordingly!! Please review!”

”Club room was worth it”

”The rooms were very clean and spacious with a separate seating area so it was perfect for our family. They went out of their way to celebrate Duke’s graduation weekend and Mother’s Day… decorations, welcome party, lobby snacks, roses for mothers. ”

”There were roaches in my room. They changed me to an upper floor and upgraded my room but there were still roaches. Did not like the hotel but the staff was very nice and professional.”

”Beautiful property. We thought it was brand new, but the manager told me it was 12 years old. Lots of free parking, including a dozen handicap slots by the front door. Huge, bright & airy lobby, business center and dining areas. Very polite & helpful staff. Nice, compact bar by the small kitchen adjacent to the front desk.
