”Positive points: The room comes with a refrigerator and microwave and coffee pot for meal prep and storage; the guest controls how hot or cold the room should be - the hotel doesn't decide for you; my stay was generally peaceful and quiet. Negatives: The water pressure in the shower is dreadful (too bad - it's a nice looking shower); it would be helpful if the front desk staff could provide information about local restaurants and cafes that are open late. ”

”Parking is tough when you arrive late night but you still pay $22 per night. We arrived at 10pm and it had rained first time guests here and front desk lady hands us a map. We had no clue where to start. They should have a person or security take people to the rooms since property is big, poorly lit outside and building markings not clear. I booked a king bed room and I was checked into a queen bed smaller room than I booked but once I called the management ended up giving me credit when we were...

”Everything was excellent”

”Clean room, cozy room, great amenities, good location downtown but not in the middle of it all. 10 min drive to the airport and there is a bus that picks up right next to the hotel that can take you to the mall and restaurants very easily. Definitely a great place to stay for solo travelers.”

”Basic room in motel type of environment. Nothing fancy but a simple road side stop for one night. Breakfast was quite minimal.”

”The walk to SAP Center was great, less than 8 minutes. No airport shuttle, but the bus from the airport into downtown San Jose is free from the airport which was nice. Lots of food choices in the area. The breakfast options in the hotel are expensive compared to other places I have stayed. Lyft was fairly reasonable and the drivers were great. The staff at the SAP were great, really good customer service.”

”When paying 720$ per night for a week, you expect things to work. When you are not able to check-out due to system update and when boarding your flight you get to pay additional 200$ without receipt or any explanation, you never visit the hotel again.”
