”We stayed for 2 nights in the fall for a family event at Stratford Harbor. The house was pristine and cozy. Loved the fenced backyard for the pets and the walk ability of the town. The host and back up host were VERY responsive.”

”This property is welcoming, updated, very clean and very comfortable. Although we were there on a rainy weekend, the front porch swing was a favorite spot for relaxation. The kitchen is well-stocked with pans, dishes, spices, coffee and snacks. There are board games, movies as well as a cute toddler table and toys. There is a generous private parking area. The beds and linens are comfortable. Overall an excellent value!”

”Owner was slow to answer emails (often 2-3 days) and often required multiple emails from request to rent, questions, and even while we were there. There were very minimal amenities (only 4 dining chairs for 5 BR house, very minimal cookware, only 5 towel sets for rental with 8 people.) Towel bar and toilet paper holder in upstairs hall bath fell off wall with normal use. Shoes were left in front coat closet upon our arrival.”
