”The house was very clean and functional with good, useful spaces. Waterfront was okay, though the bottom near the shore was mucky - wear swim shoes (which you should in any lake). Could use water stairs. Community was nice as were all the people we encountered. The clubhouse restaurant was very nice. The golf course bar was pleasant. Very near supermarket and Walmart. Overall, a very pleasant stay.”

”Great, quiet location. Cabin was very unique with history. We had a nice stay, toured the property with a guide. We enjoyed a great dinner at Itavie and a wonderful breakfast at the Biscuit Batch, both in Spotsylvania”

”This was a great location for our first time to Lake Anna. There were many restaurants to choose from close by, and we chartered a boat cruise (Sunshine Swan) at the nearby marina. The hot tub was wonderful. There were 3 adults, and we all had our own room and bathroom. Super quiet neighborhood, and the hosts were great communicators. Would stay there again. ”

”This house has so much character. I loved all the old floors, fireplaces, moldings, doorknobs and just all the history in every room. It is a wonderful, quiet neighborhood and an easy walk to town. It is a very casual place to stay. It feels like visiting a friend. Nothing fancy but I felt right at home. The kitchen had everything I needed, the bed was very comfortable, the backyard is very private. I would stay here again.”

”This home was perfect for our family ‘meet up’. The open concept made it feel spacious and the decor is welcoming. The beds were comfortable and it made a difference not having to pack towels and paper essentials. We also liked that the home was central to restaurants and little sight seeing drives for our ‘Senior’ family members. ”

”Stephen’s property was perfect for us and only about 25 minutes from the wedding venue. It was super clean and quiet. We only prepared one meal due to wedding activities but the kitchen is well stocked. You can enjoy walks on the private road which is very wooded. One bed was rather high and difficult for a family member to get in and out. Two sofas in the den were very low to floor and difficult to stand up from. Deck is very large and has plenty of space to relax. Bed and towel linens were...

”The house is very clean and accessible. We hardly stayed there but to sleep. AC was great, beds comfortable. Internet was hit and miss. The spotty internet service was not through any fault of the owner. I will stay again.”
