”Very welcoming staff. Easy and fast check in. My room was very clean. It looks like some new flooring has been added. The bathroom was immaculate. Looks like it was recently refurbished/upgraded. Great water flow in the shower, good hot water and REAL towels!!!”

”It was very loud and the rooms were not very clean. They had a weird smell. The staff however was phenomenal. I wouldn’t stay there again because I felt unsafe as I was traveling with a toddler. What I read about the place was not what I got. I wouldn’t stay say it might be good for workers (male). I put a lot of stuff in front of my door to try to make it more secure.”

”the only problem I had was the bed was a bit on the overly firm side. everything else was great, it’s usually our go-to spot when we go on roadtrip!”

”Very large room. Comfortable beds. Hotel outdated elegance. Staff were all wonderful and helpful.”

”The property is getting renovated but the 1st floor hall way looked very dirty. You have to walk to the very back of the hotel to get to an elevator. Our room seemed clean and was a renovated room, but poorly renovated, tub and shower were patch jobs at best, curtains looked old and dirty. Breakfast area only had a couple tables and was so packed with guests that we didn't even stop.”

”This Fairfield location is not only clean but the service is first rate. The breakfast was a cut above. I would recommend it wholeheartedly to anyone for a brief or extended stay.”

”Family stayed here and it was a great time. Good breakfast, clean rooms, swimming pool was fun for kids.”

”Front desk staff was very welcoming and friendly but lacked in telling us anything about the property suchbas, fitness center hours, breakfast, hours or Wi-Fi password. If they're even west password needed... Housekeeping was still working when we arrived, and they were all very friendly in the hallways. However, a good housekeeping attendant always checks the amenities in the bathroom, and our conditioner was completely empty and the bedside readung light was out. These are all very minor but...

”Room not cleaned”

”This was a nice place to stay, but we were left with the idea that they are minimalist in terms of room furnishings, etc. This is the only hotel/motel we’ve ever stayed in. They didn’t have drawers for your clothes just open slots.”

”There was human and pet hair on the beds and the staff put us in a different room which was way dirtier and we requested a refund but they didn’t allow it.”

”The lady at check in was friendly and helpful. At night it was s different lady we asked for blankets since it was cold and she said we can get them ourselves and gave us 2 blankets with stains and rips in them. At check out the lady completely ignored us and was playing a game on her phone super unprofessional and rude when we finally got her attention. Bathroom was disgusting and everything was very old, and the wifi didnt work.”

”I had a great stay, sure the hotel is a little dated and could be a little cleaner,but for someone travelling alone and without a car,I liked the area.It was safe and walkable. Breakfast was good and the room had a comfy bed and plenty of space.”

”I'd say I got what a payed for, it was just for a place to stay for a few nights with the basics like a bed, bathroom, fridge, and Tv. It's a little shabby and the water pressure in the bathroom is a little low but otherwise I enjoyed my stay.”

”Room had an odd smell. Can’t tell if it’s musty, or a cleaning chemical that has a stinky smell. It was clean, though, and our gal at check in (Jeanie) was super pleasant & fun.”

”Windows won’t open at all for fresh air which ended up being a good thing as we did not sleep well, could only hear traffic and sirens all night. WIFI password did not work and it took a while for someone to get back to me. Breakfast was okay, dried potatoes and wonderful waffle station. Pool area impeccably clean. Staff beyond nice and tried to help. Good location, bad insulation from noise.”
