”We were in town visiting family. The property outside was clean and nice, our room was very clean and stocked well with towels and items needed for our stay, and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. Would definitely stay again. ”

”Nice and clean hotel. The room was in good condition but the air conditioning was quite noisy. Breakfast was good with made-to-order omelettes. Unfortunately on Sunday the omelettes weren't available and there weren't any replacement offerings so then the selection was quite poor.”

”You can tell that the hotel is new. It was a beautiful room and the hotel is very clean and well maintained.”

”Our room had mold in the bathroom. also where the shower head comes out of the wall there was a big gap and we felt it may fall out. There was NO COFFEE in the lobby food bar on our last morning because there were no coffee filters. This should not ever happen!”

”Everything about the facility was pretty good. The pool wasn't open. Would have been nice to gone swimming but other than that I will be staying here again and I would recommend them to anybody else”

Apparently the hotel has only one luggage cart. I went to lobby to get luggage cart as we were getting ready to check out. I returned to my room and was followed by an employee. ”The hotel advertises a hot tub. It was not working. When I asked the staff they said it is only a whirlpool that circulates water, it has never been a hot tub. The elevator was broken the entire weekend. I booked this hotel because I was in town running an ultra martial and wanted the hot tub to speed recovery. The clear misrepresentation in advertising really is ticking me off. I guess I will vote with my feet and add holiday in to my list of never again”

”I have been to Hilton Southern Pines, NC before and enjoyed. This time I saw a few differences. Towels were SO inadequate for a Hilton hotel. Thin, with threads hanging , just not what you expect from a Hilton. For some reason, our room was not cleaned, bed not made and no fresh towels. The pillows were HORRIBLE, not sure why they changed their pillows but again, not what I would expect from a Hilton hotel.
