”First off, check in is at 4pm. We arrived at 3pm and were told our room would be ready soon so we brought all of our luggage in and waited in the lobby. 4pm came and went, and after asking multiple times when our room would be ready, we kept getting the same reply, just a few minutes, they're still cleaning the room. Finally we were able to check-in at 4:25pm, almost a half hour after our check-in time, and wasting over an hour sitting in the lobby. We weren't the only ones either, there were...

”Good breakfast and right across parking lot is a nice restaurant with outdoor seating with views of the lake and live entertainment. A little bit of remodeling was taking place but they weren’t too noisy.”

”Room was very clean, smelled nice. No issuse with the room at all. On our second day they ran out of towels which was a very odd situation to be in given that we were at a hotel close to the beach. Housekeeping took the normal towels and left some veru small ones. Front desk was somewhat indifferent. Breakfast was ok. The pool could have used a bit more cleaning.”

”Unfortunate circumstances. I booked this hotel for my sister’s wedding, just 2 nights of mostly just somewhere to sleep and get ready and we couldn’t even do that. I had one hour to get ready for my sister’s rehearsal dinner and once you get past the bums wandering the parking lot, the room was an “oh that’s why they hang out here” moment. The pictures online look nice I was shocked, and clearly fooled. I felt bad only one man was running the entire hotel. This is where my frustration comes in:...

When we reported it, we were told to stick our hands inside the toilet and fix it ourselves. ”The studio rooms do not contain a bathtub/shower combo as shown in pictures. Also, housekeeping only comes once a week and was in my room at 9pm. Very strange. Staff was nice and tried to remedy the situation regarding the need for a bathtub. Ultimately, they were unable to find another room to meet my needs for the stay. Breakfast was okay. However, the same bagels and muffins were there all week. I noticed nothing new was added and it was the same all week. The hotel could’ve been more...

”I reserved a Double Queen Suite which sleeps 6. The photos showed 2 queens plus a pull out couch in an adjacent room. What I got was 2 queens and in the adjacent room a live seat which was not a pull out. I attempted to call the front desk from the room phone… which had no dial tone and turned out not to be connected to anything… apparently just decorative. I called the hotel on my cell.. I was told that the property has NO pull out beds, and that they have NO CONTROL over what Expedia...

”I was not impressed with my stay, the parking lot was not very well maintained and the pool looked like you were at the beach, sand all over the bottom, even though it was an outdoor pool it could have been better maintained. And then I got locked out of my room, had to go to the front office for them to reset my key. The room it self was clean, but the coffee in the rooms was not good.”

”The staff was amazing. The room was very clean very nice. It was very pleasant stay and very affordable. It was nice to have a place like this that fit my budget, but I was treated like royalty.”

”It appeared the breakfast was short staffed. Not enough food or supplies were on hand. The gal seemed to be working hard but not enough support. Other Fairfield’s have done much better. Also I hope the guy that was sleeping in the breakfast area in the afternoon is ok.”
