”The place was clean and the view is beautiful if you have a Riverview room, otherwise you would be looking at the parking lot. The pool was closed during our stay but opened the following day. The sauna was not working and ultimately appeared broken. The restaurant apparently only works on reservations, which was not made apparent in anyway. Normally, places you stay at street level have a thin privacy shade to just cover up the window for privacy, then a thick drape; this place didn't have a privacy shade. ”The manager was very friendly and helpful at check-in. The room was clean, comfortable and spacious. There is a complete kitchen stocked with pots and pans and dishes etc, and unexpected surprise! Although the property seems a bit dated, it is well-maintained, clean and comfortable. We would definitely stay again!”

”The room were clean for the most part. But you get what you pay for. The bed was clean as the bathroom. Floors could use some attention and mopped. There was no fan in the room and only had a small AC which kept the room cooled. Decoration was good looking I loved the glass and marble floors and decoration design.”

”The check in was simple and easy. We were not told anything about WiFi password or ice. Only restaurant choice on night we got there was to order delivery which was $25 for a small slice of lasagna with a small slice of bread with an additional 20% fee and a $5 delivery charge- so $35 for a small cold piece of lasagna and no table to eat it at in the room. Only one chair as well so no place for my spouse to sit to eat. Patio was dirty and had not been cleaned off and same with all the cushions...

”Overall conditions were ok. The pool and hot tub area was fair sized. The bed had many different pillows to choose from which was awesome. Didn’t expect a luxury hotel but there were some areas that had a bad odor. Breakfast was ok and there was allot of variety.”
