”This is a beautifully restored historic home. I can't say enough good things about the property and house and staff. We stayed in the Governor's Suite which was very nice and roomy and big roomy bathroom. I must say there are stairs. You must be able to carry your suitcases up the stairs into the house and into your room. Breakfast was very good. Good choices and good coffee. Many things here are within walking distance and felt very safe. I do suggest the trolley tour as you will see...

”The room at the Atlantic was perfect! I thought the mattress and bedding were clean, crisp and comfortable! It had a wonderful sea view and it was situated in such a convenient location to the beach, restaurants, the Cliff Walk, etc. The staff were super friendly and accommodating! The sun terrace had a great view and it was quite spacious, relaxing and it had very nice chaise lounges and other furniture. My only recommendation would be to have a rack of weights in the exercise room. I...

”Property is a great location and the room was amazing. Only comments I had was when we checked in there was a half coffee left in the room that we threw out. Additionally, for the price there should be eggs and breakfast sausage or something for the breakfast. There were catering pans set up but nothing in them when we got there at the 7 am breakfast time. The coffee was not set up either as we had to go to the lobby for it. I’m generally not that picky but for the price of this hotel one would...

”When I checked in there were dirty, used, stained bedding with hairs and makeup on sheets. I asked to have them changed and front desk said the housekeeping were notified and would be changing them. 2nd night same sheets on the bed, dirty unsanitary sheets still on the bed. I notified front desk again and that was the only thing I got sorry.”

”The room was very clean and tastefully decorated. However, the staff at the reception were quite distant, whereas in a boutique hotel, a warmer and more welcoming attitude would be expected. As two female guests, perhaps because we stayed only one night, it felt strange to be given the room right by the entrance/office area.”
