Lake Street Loft sits in the heart of downtown Boyne City, directly above a charming local storefront. You are steps away from Lake Charlevoix, the public beach, and the seasonal farmers market. Whether you are grabbing an espresso or catching a sunset at the marina, everything you need is right outside your door.

The entrance to the loft is conveniently located to the left of the store front. Guests will find an orange door marked specifically for the Loft's access. The loft and its deck are yours alone — the parking lot is public, but two spaces are dedicated to the loft, and the 45' boat slip is reserved for your stay. Entry is via smart lock — your access details are sent by message the day before check-in.

Lake Street Loft is a 4-bedroom, 2.5-bath loft that sleeps 8 — built for ski weekends, golf trips, boating getaways, and multi-family weekends in downtown Boyne City.

A car is handy for skiing and day trips, though downtown Boyne City is walkable right from the door. Nearest airports: Pellston (PLN) ~40 min, Traverse City (TVC) ~1 hr. Two dedicated parking spaces are included.

Access: The loft is located on the second floor above a retail storefront; access is via stairs only (no elevator).

Parking: Includes 2 dedicated parking spaces located west of the building. Any space in the lot is available, but the two spaces marked are dedicated to our guests
