Pohjois-Michiganin "Treehouse" Retreat

Tämä hiljattain rakennettu toisen kerroksen huoneisto tarjoaa pohjoisen Michiganin kokemuksen. Kannen ja ikkunoiden näkymistä on näkymät peltoille ja metsille, ja se on niin hiljainen, että hirvieläimet ja villi kalkkunat kulkevat kiinteistön läpi. Aivan takapihan ulkopuolella voit vaeltaa tai hiihtää tai lumikenkällä pellot ja mäet. Omistajakoti on kiinteistöllä. Lucy Brittanyn spanieli juoksee ilmaiseksi ja saattaa antaa sinulle vierailun.
Avoimessa olohuoneessa ja keittiössä on tilava tunnelma. Keittiö on hyvin varusteltu ruoanlaittoon syömällä baarissa tai pieni ruokapöytä on ikkunanläpissä. Pellettiuuni tarjoaa ilmapiirin ja lisää lämpöä; muuten siellä on kuumaa vettä. Suuressa makuuhuoneessa on vaihtovirtalaite kuumille kesäpäiville. Yhdessä makuuhuoneessa on queen-vuode ja toisessa oli king-size-vuode, jossa molemmissa on kaapit. Täysi kylpyhuone on kaksinkertainen pesuallas, kylpy / suihku ja paljon säilytystilaa. Liinavaatteet ja pyyhkeet, ja pesukone ja kuivausrumpu ovat saatavilla. Kannella on kaasugrilli. WiFi on käytettävissä.

Sijainti: Kiinteistö on vain 6 km: n päässä Boyne Citystä, alle 1 km: n päässä Charlevoix-järven rannalta ja pienen veneen käynnistämisestä. Alle mailin päässä on hiljattain valmistettu pyörätie Boyne Cityyn. Retkeily tai pyöräily Avalanche-mäen tuntumassa järvelle. Mene viljelijöiden markkinoille kesällä tai syksyllä tai monille festivaaleille, joita kaupunki tarjoaa ympäri vuoden.
Aja noin 10 mailia Charlevoixiin tai Petoskeyen. Siellä voit tehdä ostoksia, ruokailla, golf, kajakki, pyörä, kala, kanootti, käydä konserteilla tai vaeltaa monilla luonnonsuojelualueiden polkuilla.

This place was awesome. Al (one of the haits) was super nice. The property is beautiful and in a great spot. The baby gates made it easy for us with a toddler. Access to the bike trail and long pine Park we're awesome too. Easy to get into Boyne city, lavender hill farms and other places.

Long weekend in Boyne City

Came for the marathon - was super pleased with this location for access to Boyne City, Charlevoix, and Petoskey all within 15 min. Bike path goes in front of property too. Owners are on property but quiet and separate. Very accessible if you need them though. Pretty property and decent-sized for 3-4 people. Lots of animals on the walls. Toilet is very slow and difficult, which makes it hard for multiple people to use with only one bathroom. Property looked like it hadn’t been cleaned again prior to our arrival, but overall was fairly clean. Owners left a nice arrival gift too!

Spacious Spotless and Comfortable

Lovely experience. Hosts very accommodating and easy to work with. Location perfect for the wedding we attended at Walloon Lake. Fabulous lavender farm right down the road and a nice selection of restaurants near by. The beds were comfortable and house was spotless. Thank you for hosting us.

For peace and serenity, this is a great location!

We were very blessed to have booked this place. It was quiet and peaceful. Soothing breezes. The large property is surrounded by mature trees. There's a spacious deck to relax, read, enjoy a beverage, and listen to the sounds of nature. There are no noisy neighbors because you are staying on the property. The house has a woodsy decor. It features a spacious combination kitchen and living room, a suitable bathroom, and two large bedrooms. There are 2 TVs, one with local channels and another with Roku. The location fit our needs for the bike riding, golf, wineries, breweries and touring the area. Al and Janet were terrific hosts. They answered our texts in a timely manner, and we had friendly conversations with them on the grounds. We would definitely recommend this house to anyone who is interested in getting away from the fast-paced world.

Autumn Retreat

I needed some peace and quiet to relax. I am so glad that I chose the "Treehouse". The price was affordable, property clean, and the location was within an hour or less of the surrounding areas my sis-in-law and I wanted to visit. We loved passing through the tree lined driveway to find the Treehouse, nestled around the woods. The view of Autumn's vibrant colors from the deck were amazing. The open floor plan welcomes you into a cozy setting. There were stuffed wildlife around the house. (Excellent craftsmanship). The pellet stove was easy to operate and provided a warm glow and warmth. There were plenty of towels, and extra blankets/pillows if needed. One of the highlights was the beds - so comfortable! We heard their puppy, Ginger, but never got a chance to meet her. I would definitely go back.

Fantastic place to stay

Visited with my father and father-in-law for a fishing trip. The location was perfect, we had quick access to the areas we were visiting. The home itself was perfect, very clean, great amenities and very comfortable. Janet and Al were lovely and we enjoyed the visits from the family dog. Morning coffee on the deck and being able to hike the property were highlights.

A delightful, quiet, and restful home base for visiting many NW Michigan communities

The Treehouse was an ideal place for us to gather, eat, and relax while traveling around Charlevoix, Boyne City, Walloon, and Petoskey. While we weren't able to meet Janet, her communication prior to our staying was clear, friendly, and very helpful. Al was delightful. The rental included everything we needed to make our own meals, plenty of space to relax and get away from the bustling towns, and an entire property that oozed beauty and and relaxation. Would definitely recommend.

Ski Weekend Stay

Quiet and reasonably priced two bedroom with close proximity to Boyne city and Boyne Mountain. Perfect for our last-minute ski weekend getaway. The owners were very responsive and the place was clean. Has a nice hunting cabin vibe - loaded with taxidermy.
