Rakennettu vuonna 2018: 5BR kotiin Boyne Mountain vuoristossa nukkuu jopa 18

  • Tämä upea, uusi rakentaminen koti sijaitsee Edelweiss Club porteilla Boyne Mountain. Sieltä on näkymät Monumentin golfkentän ensimmäiselle reiälle ja lyhyen kävelymatkan päässä Alpine-tuolihissi. Se on 5 makuuhuoneen, 4. 5 kylpy koti, johon mahtuu 18 vierasta. Tällä hetkellä se on rakentamisen loppuvaiheessa ja se on vuokrattavissa kesällä 2019.

    Jokainen tämän kodin neliötuuma on tyylikkäästi muotoiltu, ja tuntuu siltä, että olisit HGTV-näyttelyn sarjassa toisesta, jonka kävelet etuovessa. Kun siirryt mahtavaan huoneeseen, olette lämpimästi tervetulleita kodin olohuoneeseen, jossa on runsaasti auringonvaloa kaikista ikkunoista ja korkealta katolta. Kaasukammion ja HD-television ympärillä on runsaasti istuimia poikkileikkaus- ja sivutuolissa.

    Merkittävässä, syömässä olevassa keittiössä on suuri niemimaa, jossa on istumapaikat neljälle, ja se on avoinna ruokailutilalle, johon mahtuu kahdeksan muuta. Tässä täysin varustetussa keittiössä on graniittiset työtasot ja ruostumattomasta teräksestä valmistetut laitteet, kuten ranskalaisen jääkaapin, 5-polttimen kaasualueen, astianpesukone ja mikroaaltouuni. Liukuva lasiovi pois ruokailutilasta avautuu tulevalle turvatarkastusverholle, jossa on runsaasti istumapaikkoja. Takapihalla on kaasugrilli ja tulisija. Tämä ulkoilualue on täydellinen kesätapahtuma tänä kesänä.

    Keittiön kulman takana on eteinen, jossa on pesutupa oikealle ja puolet kylpy vasemmalle. On myös pääkerroksen makuuhuone näkymät golfkentälle, jossa on king-vuode, vaatehuone ja oma kylpyhuone. Kylpyhuoneessa on erillinen kylpyamme, suihkukaappi, oma lattia ja kaksoisallas.

    Kun teet matkalla yläkertaan, löydät parvi-istuinalueen, joka erottaa kaksi kylpyhuonetta omalla kylpyhuoneella. Parvella on vuodesohva, jossa on täysikokoinen vuode. Portaista vasemmalla olevalla makuuhuoneella on queen-over-queen-kerrossänky, ja sen kylpyhuoneessa on suihkukaappi ja yksi pesuallas. Toisessa makuuhuoneessa on erillinen king-vuode ja sen kylpyhuoneessa on amme ja suihku sekä yksi pesuallas.

    Alemmalla tasolla on suuri sisäänkäynti autotalli, suuri pesutupa, kylpyhuone ja kaksi makuuhuonetta. Molemmissa makuuhuoneissa on queen-queen-vuode.

Superb property. New, spacious, well-managed, and accessible. Ideal for large families or groups. Fire pit out back is a nice touch, although wood should be provided. Definitely recommend this place, and we would stay here again without hesitation.

Beautiful home and Location

We were very happy with this home, it was as advertised. Very clean and well kept and in a beautiful location. Close to ski area and not far from Boyne City which has numerous places to eat, shop, etc. We use VRBO quite a bit and this is one of the best properties we have stayed at. Very well stocked overall.

Great Family Friendly Ski Spot!

My husband and our two young children stayed for several nights and enjoyed the home! Great location, very close to Boyne Mountain resort. Comfortable, clean accommodations. Kitchen was well stocked. And the living room area was very cozy with the fireplace and large couch. Highly recommend!

The house is gorgeous inside and out. Very spacious, large parking area. On tee 1 of the monument course. We played Alpine and the monument and had a great time. Would highly recommend this property.

It was comfortable but everything was nice and new. There was plenty of space for our group of 11 and the bunk beds were bigger and more comfortable than expected. However, we were not told if we could check in early until hours before our set check in time so it made coordinating arrivals difficult. Also, we were informed upon arrival that the dishwasher didn't work, so that made cooking with 11 people more of a process. Overall, the house was perfect for what we needed and we had a great time.

The location is great and it is beautiful, spacious, and clean; exactly as described on the listing. We had ample room for everyone to be comfortable and lots of play and lounge space for the kids. The outdoor space is perfect for enjoying a bonfire and the hot tub was an added bonus. It was a great location to experience the Skybridge, Boyne City farmers market and even make a day trip to the beach in Petoskey. Boyne Valley Vineyards is also close and a great stop, with ample space for kids to enjoy outside.Management handled all of our questions promptly and politely. I would definitely recommend this house to friends and family in the future.

It's beautifully decorated and is stocked with everything you need! In fact, it's the second year we have stayed here. My only negative comments: 1) the sofa is terribly uncomfortable and 2) the downstairs bedrooms/bath are really cold. If these two things could be rectified, it would definitely be a perfect rental!

The maintenance person couldn’t repair it. The fridge water dispenser and ice maker did not work. Also the filter needed to be changed. Maintenance couldn’t help! I side of the toaster doesn’t work not work. Powder bathroom door gets stuck. Garbage disposal didn’t work. No one came to repair it. A little disappointing when you pay so much!We all had a great time. Nice place with a nice location.

My only concern is we could not get any heat in the basement bedrooms. Luckily kids didn’t mind and 2 adults liked it cold. It was cold!! We closed upstairs vents but that didn’t help. We have rented Salbach house before which is bigger but family agrees we would do Summit again. You could walk to the sky bridge which makes for a nice winter stroll!

Winter Ski Vacay

My family of 5 and our good friends family of 6 stayed at this home for 4 nights, 4 days. We absolutely loved our stay, the home overall, cleanliness, quick response by property managers on issues and location. Located right off the Alpine ski hill and chair lift. Within 5-10 minute drive of Boyne Lodge. House had everything we needed and more. Only negative and why I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 Is because the basement level/garage level had no conditioned air— return or supply air. This level is where two of the main double bed bunk bed rooms were located, where we were supposed to put our 5 and 6 year old children. The property managers supplemented that with free standing space heaters which they thought resolved the issues. It was 50 degrees down there at night and we did not feel comfortable leaving space heaters on all night for safety issues and keeping our young kids down there sleeping. Main master bedrooms were upstairs. For a home advertised and used for winter snow and ski vacations, all rooms and levels should be supplied with adequate conditioned air, especially in a home of this quality and caliber….Great home and trip overall…

Nice Home, Great Location (if there is snow) - Inconsistent HVAC

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Stayed between Christmas & New Years. Paid (with taxes & Fees) almost $3k per night for ski-in/ski-out with no snow. So there's that. The house is nice. Well equipped. Property Manager was very responsive. Only issue is the 3 level home has a single HVAC unit. Inconsistent temps were experienced in the house. The 2 bedrooms in the basement next to the garage were very cold. If we turned up the heat to try to warm the basement it was unbearably hot in the living room and loft. If we used the fireplace at all, the thermostat being near the fireplace in the living room would turn off the furnace, making the basement rooms and one of the upstairs bedrooms even colder. Definitely frustrating for "temp sensitive" guests.

Wonderful Stay!

Highly recommend for large groups! We had a group of 12 adults stay for the long weekend comfortably. The common areas and yard were spacious enough that we could gather as a group easily. The house was clean and communication regarding check-in instructions was timely and detailed.

The beds were comfortable, linens and towels fresh and white, amazing hot tub, comfortable living room furnishings. The kitchen is extremely well stocked. I would suggest adding a crockpot and Keurig. The bunk bed in one of the upstairs bedrooms is too close to the ceiling for comfort on top, but everything else is amazing.
