Ensisijaisesti puhtaus on päätavoitteemme. Beach House on suunniteltu puhtauden mielessä. Kaikki lattiat ovat laatta, kaikki työtasot ovat graniittia, kaikki liinavaatteet ovat valkoisia ja irrotettavat. Siivouspalvelumme puhdistaa perusteellisesti kaikki pinnat ja liinavaatteet jokaisen käyttökerran jälkeen. Meillä on Miele-tyhjiö varmistaaksemme, että kaikissa pinnoissa ei ole pölyä ja likaa! Kuten voit kertoa, olen puhdas friikki =)
Sisustus on kaikki aivan uusia. Molemmat sängyt ovat huippuluokan uusia patjoja ", olohuoneissa on täysikokoinen erittäin kalliita vetäytyviä sohvia ilmapatja. Sohva on huippuluokan Natuzzi Italian Nahkasohva.
Beach House sijaitsee Delray Beachin ja Ocean Ridgen välissä erittäin ainutlaatuisella vanhalla Florida-tyylisellä rannan edessä. Varsinainen talo on 300 'hiekkaa, voit nähdä rannan ajotieltä. Jos haluat rauhallisen ja yksityisen kauniin rannan yöpyä rentoutuessasi, kolme mailia pohjoiseen vilkkaalta Atlantic Ave -kadulta, tämä on tämä paikka. Perfect beach cottage

This immaculately clean cottage was just as advertised and even better. The cottage has everything you could need for your beach vacation and more. We stayed for a week and didn’t want to leave this cozy, well equipped beach cottage. Chris was super helpful and responsive to our questions. We loved walking half a block to the semi-private beach every day to soak up the sun and walk the expansive beach. The kitchen has everything you could want if you feel like staying in and cooking. We highly recommend staying here and hope to return!

Beautiful beach house, great location

My wife baby and I had a great time at the beach house. The house was immaculately clean and just as advertised. We were there with our newborn so spent lots of time inside and were very comfortable. Nice kitchen, great outdoor spaces, powerful AC. Just down the block from a beautiful quiet beach. Host was very friendly and checked in to make sure we were comfortable. Highly recommend this place!

Clean Beach Cottage Gem with Private Outdoor Space Just 1 Block to Uncrowded Beach

We loved this clean beach cottage — and stayed for a month so know it well — just one block to beach and sand was always uncrowded so felt like our own private beach (major-plus vs packed in towel-to-towel). When you come back from the beach there are TWO outdoor showers (one heated) so it’s easy to rinse off the sand. The cottage property is private white-fenced all around with both outdoor deck space for sun and shaded couch spaces, so you can pick. Two private parking spaces in front made coming and going easy. The cottage was spotless clean when we arrived. The king bed is super comfortable (didn’t sleep in the other bed, friends who visited didn’t complain). Three HD TV’s a nice plus each with Roku TV so plenty of viewing options. Kitchen worked well, with many counter-top appliance options available in cabinets (no mixer). Main floor layout is all on one level: living room, dining room and full bath with walk-in rain-water shower (instant hot-water so never runs cold). The other three rooms have a one-step down to: guest bedroom, master bedroom and kitchen (each marked visually by a gray strip across threshold). Host Chris was super-responsive and genuinely nice guy who quickly addressed anything that needed attention. A few must-see items: (1) Walk one unit away to Nomad Surf Shop and get a tasty açaí bowl from the food truck; (2) visit the Green Cay Nature Center & Wetlands for outdoor boardwalk view of birds in their natural habitat.

Very good! Just short of great.

The good/great: • Property is extremely clean - and I don't say that lightly - great job! • Proximity to the beach is excellent - very short/easy walk • Everything was well stocked - linens, towels, beach gear (chairs, umbrella, beach towels) - great job! • Property owner was VERY RESPONSIVE - he was all over everything...even our suggestions. The front door outside light burned out while we were there and we texted him and he had someone there the next day. We also suggested an umbrella for the the outside table (just a suggestion). He agreed and had one there literally the next day. This owner is on top of everything. We've stayed at a lot of rental properties and this owner was the the absolute best. • Electronics - TV's/Wifi all worked great. • Nice kitchen - well stocked. • Master BR - spacious • Place was, as my wife and daughter kept saying. "very cute". A few things to know: • Listing says Delray Beach - but it is not. Property is on the border of Briny Breezes and Boynton. About 2-3 miles from Atlantic Ave in Delray (main drag) • The property is literally right up against a trailer park. It was disconcerting to me when we arrived. I was taken back by it. But by the end of our week I was fine with it. There were no problems at all. And it actually does have a neighborhood feel that grew on me throughout the week. • I think the interior layout would be better for two people than for three. Yes there are two bedrooms...but the one bathroom is a on the other side of the small house from the bedrooms. So you have to walk across the dining room/living room area to get to the bathroom from the bedrooms. That proved a bit awkward at times, as my wife and I were there with our daughter who recently graduated from college. • Bathroom is small but fuctional - shower is spacious. • Hot tub is well maintained, but it is small - two people max at one time. OVERALL - This owner has done a very nice job with this place. It is small, but tasteful and you can definitely see and feel the pride in ownership. For it's size, I feel it may have been a bit overpriced, but it is mostly booked through the peak months, so apparently the market is willing to pay (as were we). Would we go back? I think we would. And next time, with just 2 people. Overall great job by this property owner. He has made the very best of what he has here, and I commend him for that and am grateful for his outstanding hospitality during our stay.

Close to beach

I was looking for a house with comfortable beds and close to the beach to stay for a few days with my family. The house was super clean, beds were comfortable and it was only 2 min walk down the street to the beach. Christopher was very responsive.

I was a realtor for 32 years and this property is done with quality. The owner is wonderful and very easy to reach. It is totally fenced in with a hot tub and everything is quality done. It was extremely relaxing with a wonderful bed. Really a little gem.

Cute place in a great location

Everything about this home is good. We have stayed in this general area several times before, and this was one of our favorite places. This home has been completely updated, and the neighborhood gets you away from all the hustle and bustle, but it is all still very close if you want that too.

A respite before a big move.

We are a family in transition as we move over seas. We had sold our house is Colorado and had three weeks to kill before I had to join my company in the UK. Working UK hours I wanted to move east and gain two more hours of sleep. The house was perfect. Proximity to the beach and the shops on the corner made it ideal. Our dogs were with us and they did well. To be clear, the house is the nicest on the street by a fair margin. We would definitely come again.

Wonderful home!

I am always skeptical of others’ great reviews, but this home was everything others described. Great location near beach. Well equipped and everything Was in good working order. Especially loved the hot tub! Enjoyed biking from house and walking along beach. Friendly neighbors. Christopher was very helpful and easily reachable. Sad to leave Briny Breezes, but look forward to staying here again.

Great Beach Cottage

We had a great relaxing vacation here! The location is super close to the beach and great for walking and biking. We usually stay in Delray but wanted to try staying a little further north. We loved walking and biking on Old Ocean Avenue every day and the people are so friendly here. Christopher is an excellent host/property manager and he took great care of us during our stay. We hope to return again soon!

the best beach house!

Although the exterior is showing a bit of age, probably due to that wonderful Florida sunshine, our stay was better than expected. The house was in fine shape, the hot tub was hot, and the proximity to the beach was awesome! Christopher (the owner) could not have been more accommodating, was always easy to reach, and nice as could be. Thanks to Mother Nature for the wonderful weather. We had a fantastic time and are busy planning how soon we can get back there! Missing Briny Breezes already!

Great location, Clean home

My family of 4 enjoyed our stay at this house. It was right off of A1A and a short walk to the beach. The weather was hot but the house had great air conditioning. The neighbors were very friendly and gave us suggestions for places to take our 5 year olds. We usually had the whole beach to ourselves. It was a great stay!

Nice clean house all for yourself

Very clean house. Good kitchen. Few things were missing, like extra bedsheets. But owner will take care of it.
