Beach House -palvelut: 2 makuuhuonetta ja 2 kylpyhuonetta EnintÀÀn vieraita 6. Queen size-vuode (nukkuu kaksi) makuuhuoneessa, oma kylpyhuone. Vierashuoneessa on kerrossÀnky, jonka pohjassa on tÀysikokoinen (nukkuu kaksi) ja yhden hengen sÀnky (ylÀpuolella). Vieraskylpyhuoneessa on kylpyamme. LisÀksi oleskelutilassa on mukava sohva.

Olemme ylpeitÀ siitÀ, ettÀ meillÀ on kaupungin puhtain mökki. Kaikki laattalattiat, kaikki valkoiset lakanat. Siivouspalvelumme puhdistaa perusteellisesti kaikki pinnat ja liinavaatteet jokaisen kÀyttökerran jÀlkeen.

MökissÀ on kattilat ja pannut, mikroaaltouuni, tehosekoitin, kahvinkeitin, leivÀnpaahdin, rantapyyhkeet, rantatuolit, sateenvarjot jne. Kaksi taulutelevisiota, joissa on kaapeli ja langaton internetyhteys.

Takapiha-alue on upea ruokailu ulkona ja rentouttava pÀivÀn jÀlkeen rannalla. Patioilla on myös kaasugrilli ja riippumatto. Yksityinen ja rentouttava!

Vain muutaman askeleen pÀÀssÀ rannalta ja nextstoresta kuuluisalle Surf Shop- ja Sea Side -deeille. Mökki sijaitsee A1A: n itÀpuolella, eikÀ pÀÀteitÀ ylitetÀ pÀÀstÀkseen rantaan.

Perfect beach getaway

Booked a weekend getaway at Bob’s place with my daughter and her best friend (both 13 years old), and we were all so happy with how cozy and welcoming the house felt. Right away, we enjoyed the short walk to the beach. it was the perfect start to our stay. We were pleasantly surprised to discover Delray Beach just a 5-minute drive away, offering a bit more excitement for the girls.We also spent a fun day shopping at Boca Raton Town Center and ended it with a great dinner at The Cheesecake Factory. Each night, we looked forward to cozying up on the reclining couch and watching movies on the big screen, it really made the evenings special.The house was thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed, plus some great extras. We especially loved the boogie boards! Bob really goes the extra mile with details like the outdoor shower, plenty of towels, toiletries, and a great coffee setup.I also felt very safe in the quiet, well-kept neighborhood. Overall, a wonderful experience, I would highly recommend staying here and would definitely come back again! :)

Great proximity to the ocean. Short 5 min walk to the beach. Cottage was very well appointed with everything you could want or need for a beach vacation. Quiet and private location among other similar accommodations close to A1A and beach. Very clean and comfortable. Good value, will definitely return.

Great as always

This was my 3rd year at Bob's Beach Cottage. Outside table and chairs and other furniture upgraded since last year. It's nice that Bob continues to invest in and improve the place. With this location not much is needed. I appreciate all the beach gear and enjoyed the chairs to sit on the beach several times. I was able to work from the covered patio with easy stroll to the ocean or intracoastal. Enjoyed grilling. Used washer/ dryer for hosting various friends during the stay; all worked good. Looking forward to next year already.

Perfect!

This cottage was perfect for me and my Family. Bob is a great host. Beds are comfortable. bathrooms clean and they had lots of things we forgot...Thank you! The location could not be better! If you like beach days...this is the place! everything you need is there including the cart to load up and take with you. Couch reclines and is perfect for a nap! Tv is perfect! Met some neighbors who spoke very highly of Bob...This is really a special place! Large Surfing community in the neighborhood...if you surf...this is a Honey Hole with Nomad right next door...Perfect! Could not have been better!

Very nice 40th Birthday vacay!

My family had a great stay at Bobs Cottage! Location was perfect, right next door to a surf shop that had a great selection of items for the beach and beyond. Close enough to the beach to where you can walk back and forth many times throughout the day no problem. We watched sunrise a couple times as well. The little surfboard and boogie boards were great and the outdoor shower was a game changer.

Bob was an excellent property owner! Great details in listing, fantastic communication before and during the stay. Bob made sure we were happy and got us what we needed. The beach house was smaller than we thought. And was located in an odd location. But it was close to the beach.

My happy place

Second year at this property. New house color from last year and still a great setup. Used more of the outdoor grill this year. Large table outside under shelter is great for dining, playing games, and just enjoying the great weather. Easy walk to the ocean. So much provided like beach chairs, sun umbrella, and cart to tote beach gear. Hammock is great for relaxing in the evening. Roomba sweeps each day including under everything. Convenient clothes washer and double dryers. This year the convenience store / deli was fully up and running with anything I or friends wanted. Bob was easy to reach for any questions. Great experience.

Perfect beach cottage

This house was only 3 minutes walk to the beach and Bob provided all necessities (brand new chairs, umbrella, wagon, beach toys etc.). Beach was not crowded at all -- so private. The snorkeling was epic! We also visited Phil Foster Park. Bring your goggles/life jackets/vests if you snorkel. There was no dishwasher so we had to clean all the dishes but there were plenty of pans and dishes we could use. My family had such a wonderful time. Can’t wait to go back!

Another great visit

We try to get down to this spot once a year. It has that old Florida feel and it is truly a gem. Bob is an excellent VRBO host - very attentive and responds quickly. The surrounding neighborhood is cute and the locals are relaxed and friendly. There are nearby amenities (grocery store, restaurants, etc.) and lots of museums and natural areas to visit, in addition to being walking distance from Gulfstream Park.

A1 Host great location

We had a great time here, the cottage is as advertised. Amazing location, BEACH - A-1 Host! WiFi worked for remote jobs. Really tall people maybe uncomfortable- but husband is is 6’ 1”, and we are looking forward to coming back!

Quaint Bungalo

Great beachside bungalo that is spot on as stated. Very clean, parking is a little tight on the property but still easily able to maneuver a 7 passenger SUV in n out. Depending on how you’re getting there, do follow Bobs directions once on A1A as GPS maps miss the turn. Bob is accommodating and responds quickly. Would highly recommend!

Palm Beach Vacation

An amazing experience. A beautiful beach down the path, a convenience store next door, an electric recliner in front of a giant screen tv. The cabin is decorated in a nautical theme and has everything, even suggestions of places to visit and excellent restaurants to eat at. We loved it - simply perfect.

Wonderful “home away from home”

We love staying at the “yellow house.” It has that relaxed, old Florida feel and is just steps to the beach. Everyone in the neighborhood is very friendly and the area is beautiful. There is a deli and surf shop next to the property so you can take care of your daily needs without having to drive anywhere. It’s definitely a place to just relax, grill, hang out at the beach, and spend some time reconnecting with family and friends. If you are the adventurous type, the surf shop next door offers lessons for any age.

4 stars only because of parking and showers too small

The stay was great. However, I feel like with the showers being as small as they are that I was slightly mislead as to what we were booking. Access to the property was extremely tight with a full size truck and at times the alley way is blocked. Small cars are just fine though and have no problems getting through. The location of the property is great and the property itself was well decorated and had everything we needed asides from the tiny showers.

Cutest Cottage Ever!

Communication was fantastic. Location was perfect. The interior decor was well done. The patio is amazing. What was there not to love?!? Even the anole were cute!

We are repeat customers and were recently here for our longest stay yet. It did not disappoint - this property and the surrounding neighborhood still has that old Florida vibe - very relaxing and just what we needed. Bob was extremely helpful and professional as always. Piece of paradise

This place is great, master bed comfortable,everything you could need there, good communication if any issues, short walk to a not crowded beach loved the covered carport-patio would highly recommend
