”This property should be removed from Vrbo’s listings. As other reviews have stated, the rental is filthy, full of broken furniture/appliances, and has several unsafe areas. We spent the first day and a half of our stay, cleaning the place. It is clear that this property has not been inspected or maintained for cleanliness in a long time. This is not the result of one careless guest. This is complete neglect.The home has cobwebs, stuck on grease, dirt buildup, bugs, and mold in multiple areas....

”We communicated specifics with the owner, so won't go into full details. The location is great, but that doesn't overcome that it was uncomfortably dirty in many ways. AC went out, so with temps in the 90s the inside was a balmy 82...all night and no way to open the windows. The bottom line is, with this booking there was a higher than normal cleaning fee. When we arrived we expected the place to be spotless. It was the opposite.This is also a duplex. That was not clear to us when we booked....

”I stayed here to get to know the town of Clarksville. I had read an article in Southern Living magazine about the 18 best lake towns in the South. Clarksville, for sure is one of them. With all of the wonderful shops and eateries along Virginia Avenue there was plenty to see and do. I just wish I had time to get out on the water. I liked it so much that I signed a 1 year rental agreement. If you like to golf, fish and eat well this is a must place to visit. The best part was the friendly...

”Met some friends for a girls weekend and had an amazing time. We all loved the location and the amenities. We did not leave at all. Views of the lake are stunning. It was on a quiet section of the lake and there were no houses directly across. The screen in porch with rocking chairs were perfect for morning coffee. It was also awesome to have a table out there to eat and have space for activities. I also was able to see a blue heron catch a fish while sitting on the porch. The inside dining room...
