”This property should be removed from Vrbo’s listings. As other reviews have stated, the rental is filthy, full of broken furniture/appliances, and has several unsafe areas. We spent the first day and a half of our stay, cleaning the place. It is clear that this property has not been inspected or maintained for cleanliness in a long time. This is not the result of one careless guest. This is complete neglect.The home has cobwebs, stuck on grease, dirt buildup, bugs, and mold in multiple areas....

”We communicated specifics with the owner, so won't go into full details. The location is great, but that doesn't overcome that it was uncomfortably dirty in many ways. AC went out, so with temps in the 90s the inside was a balmy 82...all night and no way to open the windows. The bottom line is, with this booking there was a higher than normal cleaning fee. When we arrived we expected the place to be spotless. It was the opposite.This is also a duplex. That was not clear to us when we booked....

”Room was clean. Bed was comfortable. Could use some hooks and/or towel racks other than the one over the toilet. The sink was in a different room with no where to hang your towel. ?? Heater made the room so dry. Did not sleep for the noise from the heater turning on and off (loud!). Staff was courteous. ”

”We very much enjoyed staying here. We had the mother in law suite part of the house which was more than adequate for our needs. We loved the historic home aspect to the site. Everything was clean and in order, owner was quick to respond to anything we conveyed to them, and it was lovely being the only ones staying at the house at the time. This was the first time we've used a VRBO property and it was a great experience. We highly recommend this rental, and would stay here again. Thank you so...

”Met some friends for a girls weekend and had an amazing time. We all loved the location and the amenities. We did not leave at all. Views of the lake are stunning. It was on a quiet section of the lake and there were no houses directly across. The screen in porch with rocking chairs were perfect for morning coffee. It was also awesome to have a table out there to eat and have space for activities. I also was able to see a blue heron catch a fish while sitting on the porch. The inside dining room...
