”The one complaint that I have is that there was no daily servicing by housekeeping. Within a four night stay the trash was removed once and the bath linen was replaced once. The beds were never made. There was no door hanger to request service. This seems like such a basic service that a guest should not have to request. Our days were very long, returning quite late. The last thing I wanted to do was to stall going to bed while awaiting service when housekeeping is no longer available. ”

”I have been disappointed with my past several hotel stays at various other "luxury" properties (think Ritz Carlton, Bellagio, Aria). The properties/rooms werent properly upkept, and I was left feeling uncomfortable with the level of cleanliness.
From the moment I walked into this property, I was impressed. Everything was above par - the scent, decor, cleanliness, staff. Trey at the front desk provided exemplary service. So much so that my 17 y.o even commented.
I consider myself a harsh...

”Property is in a great location, near many restaurants and close to DC. Staff is extremely nice and helpful. Housekeeping was done everyday and we stayed for 4 days, Morning Buffett breakfast is great as well.”

”No wardrobe. 6 hangers for 2 of us , we came for a black tie gala. Tuxedo ball gowns etc. Bathroom door is a sliding glass, with large opening, so no privacy. Shower has low pressure , hard to shower, forget about washing your hair. Drain.is flat, junk stays at your feet when showering. 2 tiny drowers under the small fridge for our small clothes BreakfastOverpriced.
