Welcome to Seaside Serenity! This Florida-style two-bedroom and one-bathroom private stilted villa. You'll enjoy stunning views of sailboats, dolphins, and magnificent sunrises while relaxing on the private balcony with a refreshing cocktail or glass of wine. The backyard has plenty of seating, a BBQ grill, and a fishing dock; you can take out your own (or rent locally) kayaks, paddleboards, and boats!
Get ready to relax and unwind in the main living area - it has a comfy seating area with a large television and opens to the kitchen. The kitchen has a range, microwave, coffee maker, and pots and pans, allowing you to prepare a delicious meal. Grab a cup of coffee or delight in a quick bite with loved ones at the kitchen island or table.
The main bedroom has a King bed while the second room has twin beds, perfect for a small family getaway! Each bedroom is equally appointed with crisp linens, clothing storage, and a television. The hall bathroom has a step-in shower. Additionally, the sofa in the living space can be converted into a sleeper sofa. If you require laundry facilities, a private laundry room is downstairs.

The home does not have central air conditioning or heating but has window units to keep the interior cool and space heaters are also provided for use during colder weather.

2 cars maximum are able to park at this home. We ask our guests to please plan accordingly and coordinate with your group. There is no overnight parking available for additional vehicles.
