Showcasing such perks as a fully renovated interior, a walkable location close to the beach, and private highlights like a pool and outdoor lounge, this bayside home is the perfect choice for sunny Florida living. The beach is just a short (0.2 mi.) walk from your front door and the family-friendly Herb Dolan Park is only a few steps away, offering waterfront picnic tables and a playground. Shared bikes are provided for easy beach and neighborhood cruising. There is also an assortment of beach gear available for use during your stay.

At home, cool off with a dip in the private pool, stretch out on one of the sun loungers, or throw some burgers on the grill and flip the TV on for a game-day barbecue. The bar area also includes a mini fridge for keeping cold drinks on hand.

The renovated interior is divided into two separate apartments - each fully furnished for standalone living. Two full kitchens are appointed with all the major appliances and accessories needed for flexible meal planning. Stream shows and movies on smart TVs or use the in-home WiFi to catch up on some remote working. Additional perks include central air-conditioning and two washer/dryers.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
