As you step into the house, you'll be greeted by a bright and airy living space, adorned with coastal-inspired decor and filled with natural light. The comfortable and spacious living room is the ideal spot for relaxation, featuring plush seating, a large smart TV, DVDs, and board games for your entertainment. Adjacent to the living area, you'll find a fully equipped kitchen, complete with modern appliances and all the amenities you need to prepare delicious meals. Whether you're whipping up a quick breakfast or hosting a family dinner, this kitchen has you covered.
One of the highlights of this vacation home is the private pool and patio area. Step outside and immerse yourself in a tropical paradise. Whether you want to take a refreshing dip in the sparkling pool, bask in the sun on the loungers, or unwind in the shaded seating area, this outdoor space offers the perfect retreat. A gas grill has been provided should you want to treat your beloved guests to delicious grilled meals. The primary suite enjoys its own smart TV, an en suite bath, a working desk, and a cozy seating area facing the back patio.
Beyond the house itself, you'll find a range of activities and attractions nearby. Explore the local restaurants, shops, and entertainment options, or embark on outdoor adventures such as fishing, boating, or golfing.

All guests shall abide by Vacasa's good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

Guests can add pool heat from November through April for $25 per day.
If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.
Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices-not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors!
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
