Tämä 1920-luvun Victoran-koti on rakkaudella päivitetty säilyttäen alkuperäisen rannikkoseikkunansa. Nauti rentoutumisesta käärellä edessä olevan kuistilla tai chillin 'ja grillin' takapihalla trooppinen piha kaasugrilli.
4 makuuhuonetta nukkuu 8+ ja on lapsiystävällinen sängyn kiskoilla, Pack and Play, portaikkoporteilla ja syöttötuolilla. Pääkerroksen päällikön sviitissä on queen-vuode, oma viihdekeskus, oma kylpyhuone, jossa on puutarha-amme, suihkuhuone, vesikaappi, kaksi turhamaisuutta ja kaksi kävelykaapia. "Keys Room" on vyöryä päivävuode ja nukkuu kaksi. Suosikki 'Florida Victorian -huoneessa' on queen-vuode ja rauhallisessa 'puutarhahuoneessa' on kaksi erillistä vuodetta. Kaikissa on runsaasti kaappitilaa. Yläkerrassa on rauhallinen kylpyhuone, jossa on jalkakylpy ja suihkuhuone. Tietenkin kaikki liinavaatteet ja pyyhkeet on sisustettu.
Kun on aika tulla leikistä, voit nauttia olohuoneen mukavuudesta 'ylisuurilla kalusteilla ja 50' korkealla def. TV ja DVD-soitin. Erittäin pitkä sohva muuntuu parivuodeksi. Kaapeli-tv ja nopea langaton internetyhteys ovat tarjolla.
Muodollisessa ruokasalissa, jossa on 10 paikkaa, on runsaasti tilaa ruokailuun. Tietysti rakastelet suurta keittiötä ja ranskalaisia ovia, jotka avautuvat takapihalle. The Friendly City

A wonderful and peaceful 1920 house, with pool, in the historic centre of Bradenton. Walking distance from Old Main Street with its bars and restaurants, this was the perfect home away from home.Close to majestic Anna Maria island and downtown St Pete, the house offered space and tranquility as well as everything a family could need on a vacation. We can't recommend this property highly enough. We will definitely be back!

Owners gracious and every detail of home perfect. Huge southern front porch, beautiful kitchen with everything you need. Quality abound in furnishings truly felt like you were at a well loved home. Backyard with tropical pool amazing..we will be back!

This house was amazing it had everything you could even need and more. The beds were comfortable. The home was beautiful. The owners were fantastic. Pool was awesome. Close to everything, many places. We’re walking distance and the beach drive took about 10 mins. I have no issues and can’t wait to stay here again!!

This is the best stocked rental we've ever been to. The owners are very friendly, welcoming, and responsive. Even before we arrived I had to do some shifting of reservations and they took care of it with no issues. The house was amazing. Very clean, stocked, and functional. It's amazing how many little things had been considered for guest comfort. The property was kid friendly with all of the necessities; toys, games, pool items, etc. I cannot say enough wonderful things about this house.Hope to stay again! Highly recommend

Walking distance to great food and welcoming homey vibe

You walk into the house knowing this isn't just another weekend rental flipper. No stark white and gray kitchen and no gift shop slogan sign tacked up on the walls. The place has a warm welcoming family feel to it and the owners are incredibly generous by offering up their shed of chairs and coolers, a bowl of snacks on the counter, as well as coffee and filters. Communication was great and the pool was heated! Wonderful wonderful stay, we will be back next year!

Beach fun with the grandkids

Wonderful, relaxing vacation with the grandkids. Our day was everything we were hoping for. The kids enjoyed the beach, but enjoyed the pool so much more. We hope to be back soon.

Beautiful home with abundant space and supplies.

This home had plenty of space and everything our party of seven needed (and more!) It was the most well stocked VRBO we've ever stayed at. They're not joking when they say just bring your clothes/suit and make a quick stop at the store. The location was super convenient, the host was easy to communicate with and we had a great time. We would highly recommend this rental and will definitely stay here the next time we visit the Bradenton/Sarasota/Palmetto/Ellenton area.

Nice location

We enjoyed time with family. The location is convenient to beaches, restaurants, shopping, grocery, etc. The pool was a great way to relax. The time of year we rented was the 'rainy' season for FL, so there were bugs and bites that were a challenge to manage at times (more about the climate--not the rental). Greg and Lori were very nice hosts and stocked the house well with everything we needed.

This home had everything we needed and the hosts were awesome with my last minute booking, early check in and flexibility allowing a sports team to come for meals and a spot to hang when they need a break from their hotel rooms. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Bradenton. The house is close to the Riverwalk and downtown restaurants with easy access to St Pete & Sarasota. The owners provide everything you need, including beach chairs, beach towels and umbrellas. It is a wonderful place to relax at the end of a busy day.

A Wonderful Stay in Bradenton

This property was perfect for a group of 7 women who enjoy a weekend together once a year. The house was exactly as stated in the description. The number of bedrooms and baths met our needs. The home was clean, and plenty of time was spent enjoying the front porch, as well as the pool area. The kitchen is THE place just to hang out. The location was an easy walk to restaurants and the Saturday Farmers Market. The owners, Lori & Gregg, were so welcoming. They met us at the house and showed us around. They suggested restaurants which were spot on for our tastes. Gregg responded immediately when we reached out. I highly recommend this home as it met the needs of our group, was very comfortable and inviting, and a great location to enjoy Bradenton, the beaches, and Sarasota. 5 stars to Lori and Gregg!
