Huvilat – Bradford

”It was my second time here in the last few weeks, the first visit was a large room king bed and I had no issues. Good clean room, good Internet connection. On this occasion I chose a suite, very disappointed with the standard considering the cost between the 2 rooms. The Internet was poor, tv buffering all the time on iplayer etc, had to use own network for phone coverage. The rooms are situated at the side of the industrial estate, i opened the windows for some fresh air but had to close them...

”The bathroom has not been cleaned and hair that previous client had shaved was all over the bathtub. It was so disgusting”

”Although the room was clean, the decor needs updating as it is starting to look tired. the window catch was broken at the frame, but it was warm overnight so not a problem to me, but maybe an issue in the colder weather. The bathroom was clean, but there is mould staining in the tile grout. we had to wait over 5 minutes to be seated for breakfast on the Friday. if the person who does the "meet and greet" is over worked, then a second person should also be available.
