”Bed was uncomfortable and hard. Not a nice firm mattress, but worn down from too much use and not support. For a hotel, you have three jobs: comfortable bed, quiet environment to sleep, and clean, hot shower. Got 2 out of 3.”

”I used the parking for the airport. Shuttle to airport was great. Pick up was not. Called hotel for pickup and stood in area directed. Driver was not told where we were and drove on without picking us up. Had to call for a second pickup which meant we waited in total about 35 minutes for a shuttle. ”

”Room was clean and spacious. Some of the hallways smelled a bit musty. The staff was friendly, helpful, and very pleasant. There are renovations going on at the moment so only one elevator was working in the lobby which was very slow, so just an inconvenience when there was a kids pageant taking place at the hotel while we were there. ”This place is pretty run down and dingy. The AC did not work in our room, but they did supply a fan which helped. Room wasn’t well kept. There were stains on the couch and brown residue in the tub. All the fans looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in years. Wall paper peeling, dents in the walls, bed spreads fraying. Everything had a grungy feel. If it weren’t for the price we would not have stayed. ”
