”The room was clean but not inviting. The bed made a lot of noise like squeaky sounds, when I sat on the edge (and I’m not fat). Front desk staff was not friendly or very professional. Very casually dressed and there was a dog behind the counter. Breakfast was disgusting. The eggs were chunky and the sausage was very pale, white, almost looked uncooked, hash browns were soggy, coffee was weak. The parking lot had a lot of potholes and just looked neglected. ”Everything was easy from the booking to the parking and check in. Everyone I encountered at the front desk and the breakfast area was very friendly and helpful. My room was having issues with the heating and didn't have a mirror over the vanity, but they called me and let me know and they adjusted the price accordingly. The pool was the perfect temperature! I really appreciate the staff and enjoyed my stay.”
