”Front desk staff was pleasant on arrival. We were assigned a room that the outside door lock could not be operated with a key card. It was nearly at the opposite corner of the building from the only operating exterior door into the lobby (mind you it was single digits with -20 wind chill). ”Welcoming staff. Room had a very strong air freshener smell like it was trying to cover up an oder. I notice the details and saw that there were a couple hairs in the tub, smears on the mirror, hairdryer not secured in its cradle, and white spots on the bed skirt near the wall, like a drink had been spilled.
