”The staff was very friendly and accommodating. It's also not surrounded by a lot of other hotels so there wasn't much traffic. The room was spacious and clean and the complimentary breakfast in the morning was perfect for starting our day.”

”We only stayed overnight to catch an early flight. The beds were comfortable and the accommodations were clean. Very convenient to the airport.”

”When we booked the hotel room, we got alternative breakfast for two ppl, but hotel staff and Expedia customer service said that we don’t see it in their system. I showed them on my phone and it clearly says in my account on the Marriott website but still they didn’t help. Don’t book through Expedia. You will lose the breakfast benefit, even if it shows on the special benefits section in our account.”

”My only complaints were the bad mattress and some weird clanking noises coming from somewhere (I wasn’t near elevator). ”

”I didn’t love the setup of this place. Lots of stairs and walking outside to get to the rooms upstairs. Front desk staff was decent but not overly helpful. My first room smelled strongly of weed. I was able to change rooms, but it all involved a lot of back and forth to the front desk to switch keys. The shuttle to the airport is helpful, but I waited 45 minutes for one when I landed. It’s a decent place for an overnight to and from the airport. The breakfast was nice.”

”My room smelled pretty bad like body odor and the carpet was sticky. I tried to open a window to air out the room, but they're locked shut. additionally the wood furniture in the room is pretty beat up. These are the reasons I rated the stay poor. The staff was excellent as was the food and drink. Please get the rooms squared away.”

”The room was really spacious, nothing to complain about. The pool was horrible and the water ice cold. Why even have a pool if you are not going to take care of it?”

”Once in the room discovered no bed sheets or pillows for the sofa bed. Tried to call, the phone was not connected and could not find the phone jack. Was attacked by the breakfast grill lady after being advised by the front desk to get breakfast down the hall at the Embassy Suites. Forced to return to the front desk for confirmation to only be told by the grill lady that she will only serve us this one time. Didn’t know the grill lady owned the hotel?? All this to have a breakfast barely...
