”We only had a single night stay, but it was a great experience. We were running a tad early on our trip, and the host was able to accommodate a slight earlier check-in time for us. Tons of parking area. Clean property. Conveniently located. Excellent communication. We would definitely stay here again if we are ever in the area.”

”If you have a bunch of guys headed up to the AOAA this is a great place to crash. Just know its a big room with a huge bar, pool table, darts and some beds in it. Come ready to party. Plenty of parking (long trailers slightly more challenging). Comes equipped with a fridge, microwave and a blackstone.Mary, the host, was a saint and took care of us for sure. Be sure to check out her restaurant (Olde Stone Tavern) its one to remember.”

”very musty smell like it had been in a flood and not dried properly. There was a humidifier that was full to the top with water and we had to dump it. There were centipedes, spiders, mice and the more. There was a note left that the horses on site were dangerous and not to go to close. There were no paths to get to see any animals anyway. We stayed one night and had to leave it was uninhabitable. We would like our money back and have asked but still received no response.”
