ADDITIONAL GUEST COST: The base price is set for 2 guests. There is an extra charge of $15 per additional guest per night. Up to 4 total guests total - including children.

✹ PETS: A maximum of three pets are permitted. The Pet fee is $120 for the first pet and $90 for the second pet, and $60 for the third pet. If you bring 2 or 3 pets, let us know as Airbnb`s system only allows us to charge for one pet automatically so we will have to send a request to pay those fees. Please note that pets are not allowed on furniture or beds. Additional cleaning fees will be imposed if pets have been allowed on furniture or beds.

CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT
Check-ins are any time after 4 pm ET, and Check-outs are by 11 am ET. Much like when you rent a car and inspect it before driving away, when you arrive, please notify us of any issues you have with the home within the first hour of checking in or immediately upon incident. Any unreported issues that are found after your reservation will be your responsibility to take care of.

EARLY CHECK-INS
We understand that early check-ins can be convenient, allowing you to settle in sooner and make the most of your time in our beautiful cabin. And as such, we assume you will prefer to check in early.
