”The house has rooms which are let and reminded me of a hostel. The web description of what I paid for did not tally with the room I was offered. I found I had a room on the second floor with an en-suite bathroom, an air conditioning unit which was not working, but a fan which was. The bathroom was well ventilated by a Velux window. The communal areas and staircase were not smart. The room was clean and had a kettle, tea & coffee etc. Given the price relative to local hotels it was OK for value....

”Enjoyed the stay. Service is excellent and facilities are in excellent shape. Breakfast is high quality and plenty. Loved the atmosphere at the pub and the food. Too bad that the day is short during the winter. Didnt see the surroundings after the day at work in Sittingbourg. The only con is the soundproofing.”

”Flight got canceled and communicated new ETA to property. Didn’t check messages and canceled our stay. Thankfully, the reception staff was able to get us a replacement room but the room was dusty and hot as an oven. We eventually got fans after asking 2-3 times and the staff did seem helpful but were just forgetful?”

”Never again , felt so unsafe , listing said it was 0.3 to emirates but actually 7.7 miles from the emirates , doors not safe , wardrobe all leaning against side wall , bed held up with 3x2 and creaky has hell , there was a fan that when i turned it on it fell apart and cover started going round as well as the fan blade , dodgey lamp , neighbours arguing ,ppl walking in and walking round late ,, gangs outside staring when we arrived , then to top it off we both been bitten by something ,, all il...
