”I was quite disappointed with this hotel experience. The grounds were very unkept. The buildings were not very clean, and my room was not very clean. My towels were stained and seemed dirty. The air conditioning was not working in the lobby and halls. Compared to what was pictured, I was surprised to find my booking.”

”The place was clean and very comfortable, I’m a real mattress snob, I’m very impressed on how well I slept here. Now I have stayed here about 10 times as I’m working out of town here on a project.”

”Very nice property. Good location. Quiet. Good breakfast. Friendly staff. Large rooms.”

”For check in they send you an email with the code to the entrance door and your room. Be on the look out for that. Parking is tricky. There is a public parking lot behind the the property that allows three hour parking during the weekday, unlimited during the weekend. Rooms are chic, well maintained, clean. Lots of shopping and fantastic restaurants in walking distance.”

”Room and bathroom were dirty. Cobwebs and diet everywhere in the room. Toilet seat was broken and the toilet needed cleaning. Repairs made to the room were very badly done. Dog constantly barked. Room doors do not shut properly so they have to be slammed. Slamming was heard during the whole stay. Staff are friendly and Continental breakfast was appreciated.”

”Room was cleaned as good as it could, but stinking moldy and moist, even bed sheets. In the morning, the pool was suppose to open at eight, we kept asking when they'll open it and they told 10 mins, 15 mins, soon... They opened it just when we had to give rooms away. Very unhappy kids and disappointed parents.”

”The staff was pleasant and the rooms were basic and very clean. Housekeeping did a great job with daily cleaning. HOWEVER, if you are a NONsmoker, this is NOT the motel for you. The smoke (cigarette & Marijuana) was so Unbearable the first night there, I had to sleep in my car(i found out when i checked in they were full) I was nauseous and almost vomited another day and had to spend the afternoon in my car, or if I was in the room I had to leave the door open. ”Had high expectations for this stay, first the good, staff, and I mean the single concierge on property was very kind, helpful and super courteous. Very nice young man.The main building has a nice early century feel dating back 300 years of history. Our complaint is with the room itself, it’s not well appointed, the bed sheets and pillows are OK but the bed is worn out and stiff ( you can feel the springs). I have the custom of rating cleanes buy the bathroom and must say that having black mold...
