Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We come to Branson about twice a year. We always stay here because of its cleanliness, its location, and Ms. Paulette. She is always kind and we appreciate her friendly attitude and kindness. We would not consider any other place to stay in Branson!!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We've stayed at the village of Indian point numerous times. The people are friendly and accommodating. However, we were a little disappointed in our stay a few weeks ago due to the The condo was on the dirtier side spots all over the carpet Big spots. I don't believe rugs had been cleaned in quite some time also had shredding. the outside carpet on the porch was ripped in shreds. The screen porch had holes in some of the screens they were doing outside siding. The grounds were a little messy but that is to be expected with the work being.done.Beds were clean. Bathrooms were clean. Staff was friendly as always. Needed cleaning and updating

After her work shift was over, she returned just to help us with a problem we were having with the tv. Also, the unit is super clean! The rental location is quiet and a beautiful view of the lake. Everything we could ever wish for. Keeps us returning every year!!!
