Walk to restaurantfully equipped kitchens, shops, and attractions. Everything you need is here, including a , well-outfitted coffee bar and beverage bar, 2 TVs, and living space roomy enough to enjoy and stay comfy. Make the cozy comfort of this well-reviewed gem your Branson base for Convention Center activities & more.

The space:
You will fall in love with this adorable apartment from the moment you walk in the door into the quaint living area. As you enter you will notice it has been freshly remodeled with beautiful wood laminate flooring and sumptuous furniture. The space is perfect for relaxing after a long day exploring Branson! You can enjoy your favorite tv shows, play a game or just relax with a nice glass of wine or cup of coffee.

Discover the large bedroom with a comfy queen bed. Bedside table and lamp flank the bed with its sumptuous linens. Enjoy a ceiling fan circulating air overhead. Wind down to watching the smart TV in the living room. Store your belongings in the dresser and closet.

At mealtime, prep and cook in an equipped kitchen with microwave, coffee pot and refrigerator. You’ll find plenty of prep space on the countertops, along with all the cookware, bakeware, dishware, flatware, glassware, serving-ware, and utensils you need to prepare and serve your favorite meals.

Grab your morning coffee from the coffee station with dual-function Keurig coffeemaker combined with drip coffeemaker. You’ll have plenty of coffee and tea supplies.

Refresh and rejuvenate in the luxurious full bathroom with vanity, walk-in shower, and all bathroom essentials, such as towels and toiletries.

You’ll love the convenience of no-cost on-site laundry facilities in the B-Building down stairs to your unit.

Exterior security cameras are installed. Cameras facing the rear entryway, alley, and parking lot.

You have access to everything in the apartment except an owner’s closet.

No fumbling with keys; self-check-in is available with digital keypad. Door code will be sent on day of arrival.

Free parking is available for 2 vehicles.

You’ll be in the heart of the Historic Downtown Branson and in walking distance to the Convention Center, The Landing, Downtown, many shops and restaurants, plus two locations close by to ride Sparky the trolly. Wonderful, quiet little place to stay, enabling a nice walk to shopping areas on the landing and the convention center. It is quiet and dark during sleeping hours and the mattress supports a good night’s sleep. The bedroom and living room have ceiling fans. Our host was responsive and helpful. The covered porch has a table for two and extra chairs. You may need to bring supplies if you intend to do meal prep and clean up.

The location was very close to downtown (within walking distance). The rooms were clean however, the bathroom could’ve been better. There was dog hair from previous person and the toilet and sink were still dirty. It was easy to communicate with the host.

Less than a block from main street! Walk to all the shops and not have to mess with the parking on main street which by the way half street closed for construction. This place is ideal for a couple.

There was zero communication with management. I it hadnt been for a maintwnnce worker that showed up soon after i got there, and helped me find my unit, and got me the code to get in, i would have left and went somewhere else.

Property was as advertised, however it was smaller than expected. Nice updated finishes but in a tiny bathroom. There was no shelf for toiletries in shower. Having hangers in the closet would have been nice. Bed was very comfortable. Location was great for shopping and dining. Host was easy and fast on communication. We chose location over luxury.

Beautiful log cabins with a spectacular view of the downtown activity. We could see the fountain at the Branson Landing and watch all the Main Street traffic from our porch, it was wonderful! Two to-die-for cafes in walking distance, as well as all the downtown shops. The apartment/condo was quiet and enjoyed visiting with other tenants. Mattress on bed and the shower were the best parts. So comfortable and relaxing! We highly recommend!

Great location

It is in a great location. The cleaning crew could clean a little better. Whoever stayed in it before us had a white dog because there was dog hair on every piece of furniture. I think the grounds crew was below us and they kept slamming the door. This is a great location for downtown activities.

My only slight issue was locating the outside door to the hallway where unit was accessed. I think maybe some sinage by that door would make that process much quicker. The host was very prompt in answering my call.

Convenient location!

On arrival wasn’t clear what room was ours. Had trouble figuring out how to control lights, fans, & shower . Location was great! Close to a lot of things in the area. We were able to get in contact with host easily!
