The Space:

The living room is warm and inviting, with a sofa, couch, cable TV, and a cozy armchair with footrest, making it a perfect space to unwind after a day of exploring. The kitchen is fully equipped with stone countertops, modern appliances, and a Keurig drip/single-cup combo, with counter seating for two. Just beyond, the dining table for four is set for meals or game nights. Sliding doors lead to your private patio, where a table for two invites you to sip your morning coffee or evening glass of wine while taking in peaceful views of the golf course. This home comfortably sleeps 4 guests between a private bedroom and a queen-size sleeper sofa in the living room.



Bedroom #1 includes a king-size bed, a cable TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and a shower/tub combo.



THINGS TO NOTE:

• This home is a first-floor, walk-down unit with 10 stair steps required to reach the main entrance.

• Early Check-In / Late Check Out: These options are based on availability and are NOT INCLUDED in your reservation. Additional fees may apply. Please contact us in advance if you’re interested.

• Washer and dryer in home.

• Parking is available in the parking lot for 1 vehicle on a first-come, first-served basis. The required parking pass will be obtained from the guard at the gate upon arrival.

• Pet Policy: Bringing a dog? We’re pet-friendly! A $125 pet fee per stay will be applied. THIS FEE IS NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE YOU PAID and must be paid separately. Please notify us in advance so we can prepare accordingly.

• A maximum of 1 dog, no more than 30 lbs, may be brought to this home.

• This home is equipped with one (1) external Ring security camera, located outside the front door and actively monitoring the front exterior entryway.

• Portable crib available.

• The communal outdoor pools are open seasonally from Memorial Day to Labor Day.

• Communal pools, hot tubs, and other facilities in the resort are operated by the HOA, and neither Grand Welcome nor the property owners are responsible or liable for any refunds in the event that they are closed for any reason.
