One of the home’s best features, the screened-in sunroom allows you to maximize the very outdoor beauty that draws visitors to Branson in the first place. This outdoor space features comfortable seating, an overhead fan, and pleasant views over open green grounds.



Inside, modern grey decor and plush couches invite you to kick back and relax. The living area has a large smart tv where you can enjoy movie nights, as well as a cozy reading nook tucked into the corner. The spacious kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, coffee maker, and cookware for convenient cooking at home. 4 barstools line the kitchen counter for quick bites, or head to the formal dining table for 6 where you can share meals and good conversation.



This home sleeps 6 guests between 2 private bedrooms and a sleeper sofa in the living area.



- Bedroom #1 has a king size bed, tv, and ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower.

- Bedroom #2 is the primary suite with king size bed, tv, and ensuite bathroom with dual sinks and shower/tub combo. Large sliding glass doors open right onto the screened-in sunroom, the perfect place to roll out of bed and enjoy morning coffee.

- A queen size sleeper sofa is provided in the living area.

- This is a walk-in unit (No steps)

- 2 parking spaces are provided.

You’ll also be within 15 minutes of many outstanding hiking options, including the 362 acres of trails, scenic landscapes, and rolling green glades of the White River Balds Natural Preserve.



This enviable location also puts you within 20 minutes of downtown Branson where you are likely to stumble onto a live music festival, eclectic eateries, trendy boutiques, and local wineries among the more famed attractions of Branson like Silver Dollar City amusement park, Dolly Parton’s Stampede, Pirate Cove Adventure Golf, Bigfoot Fun Park, and the Titanic Museum. It’s no surprise that Branson has been dubbed the “Live Entertainment Capital of the World” considering there is truly something for everyone to enjoy. We recommend taking plenty of time to explore the area by walking, hopping on a bike, or using the free downtown trolley.
