The communication was great throughout the whole process. The online listing said that this unit had a grill and that both of the king size beds were sleep number beds. There wasn't a grill or sleep number beds in this unit. Other than we enjoyed our stay.

Nice condo. Beware of weight room

The condo was very nice, well decorated, comfortable, and had everything we needed. It does need a little repair/paint/updating, but mostly cosmetic. A couple of things we wish had known about the property...the pool is not close to the condo, and is very tiny. The weight room is NOT in working order. I had read a recent previous review about the cords being cut, so I specifically reached out to the property and asked them if the issues with the weight room were fixed, and they replied "Yes, everything is in working order". NOT TRUE! The cords to the weight machine are all cut (just as the previous review said), and the machine is not usable. There are free weights if that is all you need, but the heaviest one is 25 pounds. There is a stair stepper and an elliptical machine that work though:)

Nice Place to Stay, but...

The cabin itself was fine. Plenty of room, family games available, easy to get to Branson activities. The check in process was rushed and cabin wasn't easy to find but once we found it, it was easy to get in and out of and around town. Unfortunately, the fitness center was awful. All the weight machine cords were cut so unable to use, free weights only went up to 20 lbs, the machines were old and the center was hard to find and not convenient to get to. None of the pools were convenient to get to. The indoor pool was close to fitness center but was heavily chlorinated so smelled very strong. The pool closest to us was very small and not within walking distance. We never got to use a pool - just not easy to get there. The ceiling fan on our porch was broken with a blade laying on a chair. The showers looked very nice but water pressure was not good. The downstairs shower did not want to shut off so I called maintenance and a very nice man responded and took care of it. A different maintenance man looked at the porch ceiling fan but was unable to fix it. After visiting with one of the workers, I know that vandalism of the properties has been an issue and the weight room has been torn up for approximately two months. That is a long time to not get it repaired. The location of the cabin was good for getting around in Branson - centrally located. We enjoyed our time in Branson but I wasn't happy about our cabin issues considering the expense.

Great accommodations

We loved the cabin and location. It is centrally located and easy access to everything on the strip. The enclosed deck was a nice place to sit and enjoy the morning. This was our second time staying in the Thousand Hills cabins and we will continue to stay in the future.

Nice Cabin

This is a really nice cabin, great location. This is in the center of everything in Branson. The cabin wasn't as clean as I would like, but it was pretty good. Had some bug issues, but not too bad. Overall I would definitely stay here again. Pool wasn't as close as I was led to believe and it was a pretty small pool.

Awesome cabin for family.

The check-in process at the main office was quick and easy. The clerk told me that we needed to look for 132N as there were two cabin 132s. That took us a bit to figure out, but that is the only "problem" we had with the whole process. The cabin is spacious and clean. Location is extremely close to the Tanger Outlets and easily walkable for this 51 year old from the flat-lands of west Texas. I walked to other places, but the hills in Branson are definitely not something I was used to -- so it was nice that parking at this cabin is VERY EASY and it can be reached directly from the main strip or you can go around the back way and avoid traffic for the most part. The beds and furniture were comfortable enough for our few nights. I would certainly stay here again as it was far enough off the strip to be peaceful and allow rest, but getting to shows and other attractions was very simple.

Great place to stay

We chose the cabin instead of getting two hotel rooms. It fit all of our families needs. Very clean, comfortable beds, not far from anything you want to do. We will definitely stay here again on our return to Branson in July.
