Walk to Downtown Branson Landing! Cozy Coop Cottage is just a short walk from Historic Downtown Branson, Hilton Convention Center and The Branson Landing and of course Bass Pro! Downtown you’ll find unique shops & great eateries! The Coop is a stand-alone property with private, off-street parking. Inside you’ll find a full kitchen, Master w/King size mattress with Smart TV, washer & dryer with ironing board & iron, living area has Smart 50"+TV above the fireplace.

The Cozy Coop Cottage was perfect for our Branson trip. It is located within walking distance to Main Street and the shops at The Landing. It was beautifully decorated for Christmas. The kitchen was well-stocked and even included a good supply of coffee...a plus for me. I would highly recommend this property.

This was a great place to stay in Branson. The house was so comfortable, clean, well prepared for guests and is in walking distance to historic downtown Branson and the landing. It was so convenient and cozy we can’t wait to go back. The owners are so easy and friendly to work with. Would recommend to anyone! Great place!

Nice, cozy place. Very clean and well stocked. Nice tea/coffee bar. Lovely place. Great communication throughout the stay. Easy to find. Very close to downtown. Can walk downtown and to the landing without a problem. Would recommend. Regarding rating: It wanted me on the rate the property page to rate the pool There is no pool, which is why I gave it a 1 star...it just doesn't exist. But there isn't an option for non-applicable.

We liked the location,within walking distance to the Branson Landing. Excellent parking behind the Cozy Coup,with a motion activated night light That was great for when we returned after dark.. Very clean,very well maintained,just beautiful inside.

Exactly as advertised

We stayed for 5 days, and everything was super comfortable. The bed is a very nice tempur-pedic, and was wonderful for my back. There was plenty of room for our 1 yr old to run around and play without getting underfoot, or without damaging anything. The only hiccup was a mold like substance that came out of the jetted tub when first turned on. We let the owner know, and then let warm soapy water run for about 10 minutes. That cleared it up entirely. Check out was super easy, and straightforward. We would definitely stay here again, and highly recommend it.

Absolutely perfect!

Loved the little house, kitchen was equipped with anything we could've needed, it was clean and very cozy. Short walk to so many shops and restaurants, it made her stay in Branson that much more wonderful.

Very close walking distance to everything 'Branson Landing'.. perfect spot just away enough from the hustle and bustle but close enough to walk there.. even my 7 year old could handle the walking lol

Our stay at Cozy Coop Cottage

We chose to stay at the cottage a second time because of the location to Branson Landing, its cost, its cleanliness and amenities. We love the quietness even though it is in downtown. We fell in love with it last year in our first trip and decided this will be where we stay when we come to Branson.

Wonderful

This was the perfect little house for us, it has everything you need. Bonus..{ King bed },, parking in back of the house with entrance front and back. Close to down town. It made our 5 day stay so enjoyable and convenient.We would definitely stay again
