The master bedroom on the main floor has a king bed and ensuite private bathroom with a jetted tub and balcony access. The covered balcony also has a view of Hole #1 on Branson' Premier Golf Course. The second bedroom on the main floor also has a king size bed. The third bedroom which is upstairs has a queen size bed and the fourth bedroom which is also upstairs has two twin beds. There are two sofa beds included one is in the family room downstairs and the other is in the loft upstairs.
Lots of card and board games come with the condo for hours of enjoyment. We also include a portacrib for those with a little one. Free high speed 1 Gig Wi-Fi is also included.
Enjoy a fully stocked kitchen for your convenience with table and bar seating and a high chair. Keurig coffee machine, water kettle, toaster, blender, mixer, griddle, crock pot, and pots and pans are all included as well as a large collection of other kitchen items. Comes with a large front loading washer and dryer with laundry soap and dryer sheets.
The condo has 3 full bathrooms. One is an ensuite bathroom to the master bedroom on the main floor. The second is in the hallway on the main floor and the third bathroom is upstairs. We also provide hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. We also provide comfortable towels and linens.

Pointe Royale is in a gated community. We provide two access cards which allow you access to the owners side of the entrance to the community as well as access to the fitness center and the pools.
This is a second floor condo and does require 16 steps to access with no elevator access and is the upper floor condo with no condos above you.
