The Space:

The unit is tastefully decorated with blue hues and pops of yellow promoting a calming and cohesive design throughout.



The open living space welcomes beams of natural light from the floor-to-ceiling windows on the exterior wall. The space also features a Queen-size sofa sleeper, TV, and access to the outside balcony. The balcony with a partial view of the golf course offers patio furniture to enjoy the fresh breeze - a perfect space for a morning brew.



Back inside, the kitchen is well equipped to cook any meal from home. Additional appliances such as a blender, toaster, and coffee maker are available for your convenience. An extended counter is ideal for extra prep space or casual dining. Steps away, enjoy more formal meals together at the dining table for 4 to 6.



The home sleeps up to 6 guests comfortably between 2 private bedrooms and the pullout bed in the living room. Each space is well furnished with cozy linens so that every guest can sleep soundly after days of adventure.



Bedroom #1 is outfitted with a King bed, TV, balcony access, and private en-suite. The en-suite features a shower/tub combo.

An additional full bathroom with a shower/tub combo is stocked to accommodate guests.

- There is parking space for 2 vehicles; 1 designated space and 1 undesignated.

- A laundry room with a washer/dryer is available for guest use .

The home is in a premier location with attractions like Dolly Parton’s Stampede, Pirate Cove Adventure Golf, the local aquarium, the Titanic Museum, Grand Village Shops, and more within 1-5 minutes! For a day off the beaten path, the White River Balds Natural Area, a 362-acre nature preserve with rolling green glades, hiking trails, and scenic landscapes is just 4 miles away. Silver Dollar City, less than 7-miles away, is a 61-acre amusement park with an 1880s theme and is great for family fun! Downtown Branson, just 12 minutes away, is a historic town dotted with dozens of restaurants, boutiques, and specialty stores. It’s simple to navigate downtown by walking, riding a bike, or hopping on the free downtown trolley. While downtown, it’s common to stumble upon a local festival, live music, and other noteworthy events.
